"Huh?" I sniffed myself in confusion. "I just changed into these clothes this morning..."
Carlos lowered his eyes. "That man's scent is awful. It even overpowers your vanilla scent."
Hearing this, I understood what Carlos meant. He was complaining about Sean's scent on me!
I nodded in agreement. "Indeed, we're on the same page. I also dislike Sean!" I finished my sandwich in two bites and turned to go inside. "I need to wash up again."
I took a few steps, then turned back to Carlos and said, "Thank you for the breakfast. It was delicious."
Carlos looked down with a slight smile.
"See you later." With that, I closed the door.
