'Xorran, help!'
A sudden voice echoing in the Alpha's head woke him up from his deep sleep. He no longer wondered who owned that voice because there is only one creature in all of Acadia who can pass through his mind.
Xorran quickly pushed himself up from the ground and looked toward the spot where the human had been sleeping the night before. But the place was empty. All that remained was the thin layer of leaves and Xorran’s cloak, carelessly tossed to the side.
Xorran sighed, He's in trouble again.
The sun had fully risen. Together with Pawn and Kerry, the Alpha searched for Ellio everywhere around the area. They could still smell the faint scent of the human which means that he was still somewhere near. Xorran could no longer hear Ellio's mind but he can sense his claim's fear.
