When Ellio wakes up, he finds himself lying on a thin cloth above the cold sand by the shore. The trees were shielding him against the burning rays from the sun.
His brunette hair was in a mess as the wind sways it. He grunted as he pushed himself to sit up and then he looked around. From where he sat, he could see the blue ocean. Ellio remembered what happened that night before his eyes closed and immediately stood up to look for Xorran and the others.
His eyes caught the sight of the Alpha lying on a piece of cloth near him. Beside Xorran was Kerry who was unconscious too. She has an injury on the side of her stomach which had stained her white dress with crimson red blood. That area now has a bandage around it.
