Breeding and heating season happens in every wolf inside Acadia. It is a time wherein the male and female wolves start to breed with a goal of multiplying their kind. It happens only once a year.
The heating season only happens to wolves who have claims. The heat starts with the male wolf and because he is connected to the female, she will also feel it too. Female wolves will release pheromones and only the male would be able to smell it.
Wolves in heat feel the terrible need to be touched and pleasured. They will feel like their bodies are burning and heads in flame. Once their desires are not fulfilled and they fail to mate, the sensation will slowly eat up the female wolf and she will eventually die.
