I opened my eyes and saw myself in a dark room. I winced as I tried to adjust my eyes to the darkness. I couldn't see anything at all, and there was no windows around. My brows furrowed as confusion overwhelmed me. I wondered what had happened. My room is not as dark as this place as I hate to sleep in darkness.
I tried to move but couldn't, my hands and legs were tied with rope. I was sitting on a cold floor, legs stretched and hands on my laps.
How did I manage to get here?
I closed my eyes once again as I tried to recall how I had gotten myself in this situation.
