Vol. 2 Chapter 2: Mystery of the box

In the Outer rim without the knowledge of what time is it now. In the little metal shack where the group stayed over the night to sleep througt the fatigue they have collected while escaped and somehow defetaed the wind demon, Kamaitachi.
Reweka suddenly stepped out the border of dreamland, he was still half asleep. For him it feeled like the reality and dream is a huge mashup hardly seperable, but slowly it becoming easier and easier.
There is a quiet sound of the veil being pulled, smooth step on the carpet. He look to his left. Hajiki was there, sleeping so carelessly.
"Gallahed? is that you?"
Reweka mumbled the question in his half asleep state.
"Hmmmm, I don't need it".
Come the answer, but in a different angle. Reweka look over there, where he heard the mumbling answer.
Gallahed was there sleeping, right next to it would be Nadilik. But it hard to see that she is actually there. He just saw the that, there is someone there too. So he assumed that is Nadilik. But even with his night vision it was hard to say, for sure that was Nadilik. Maybe because the blanket covered most of them, or maybe he wasn't awake, drifting on the verge of reality and dreams. But why would someone else lay down there, other than Nadilik.
"Then that someone can't be Gallahed because he is sleeping with Nadilik, and can't be neither Nadilik and Hajiki."
This string of idea come throught reweka's sleepy mind.
"Nadilik is still unconscious, Hajiki is sleeping. Then who is there?"
continuing of his line of idea.
"Who are you?"
Reweka send out a mumbling question to the person on the other end.
There was no answer.
Reweka look at her, it was just a second. He see someone who looked familiar, but feeled like a total stranger. Then he saw the luminous strong red eyes of that person.
A blackout. He fall on the ground, sleeping. An instant when he saw those eyes, it hit an instant.
The morning, at the Hajiki residency.
The first one who is waking up was Hajiki.
Stretching her arms, yawn a good, slowly standing up to her feet. some more of the strecth.
"Ahhhhh. This was a good sleep. Atleast i could sleep again at home."
She is smiling.
Gallahed is waking up to. He sit up, with that the blanket moves forwad. Now it reveals that, Nadilik is there, sleeping. He rubbed his eyes, looked around.
"Good morning, Gallahed."
Hajiki greeted a fellow comrade who came back from the land of dreams.
"Ahhh, Good morning, Hajiki"
Gallahed let out a mumble as a response.
"How you are so lively in the morning?"
Asked Gallahed. He always wondered about this. As himself, he isn't good at waking up with a lot of energy which can be used in an instant.
"Haha, for me isn't much of a problem, to have a lot of energy after waking up."
Hajiki gave shy respond, with a smiling face.
"How's Nadilik?"
"Still, sleeping."
After the answer, there was only this awkward silence.
Meanwhile, Reweka was waked up. He didn't had the most and fully relaxed face.
He had a minor headache, with the lingering idea and dilemma of what happened in the night. Which part was dream and which part was real.
"Good morning, Reweka."
A greeting form the part of the group which was already awake.
"Huh, Reweka, you look like, someone hit you hard. Are you fine?"
"No, my head hurt, and the my memory of the night is foggy."
"Huh?"
"Last night, i don't know when, i partially woke up. I was half asleep though, when i heard someone pulled the veil."
"Maybe mom came to look at us." Sayed Hajiki
"I don't think. The person was smaller." Replied Reweka
"Then maybe one of my sisters was it."
"It could be."
This topic was finish, atleast for this time.
There was one thing which they had the start of the yesterday, and now that they have some time. It started to fuel their curiousity.
The box.
"Gallahed, yesterday you mentioned that you find some strange black box."
Asked Hajiki with shining curiousity
"Yeah."
A short and and unsure answer of Gallahed
"You still have it, do you?"
Gallahed nodded.
"Let me see it. Please."
Gallahed took out the box.
It was that black box what he found in the ruinforest.
It was with one word "simple" or even the word "Odd" would be good too.
It doesn't had any locking device. Not even mechanical lock. Just the warning sign [ Chronoxia era 846. Open only with permission. Property of the minister of Chronokhasio. ]
"Let open it out" Hajiki jump to the box.
"Wait guys. The sign says 'only open with permission' and 'Property of the minister of Chronokhasio'."
"Gallahed, the Minister is already dead for a good amount of time. There isn't any minister in Chronokhasio."
Sayed Hajiki.
"Hajiki have a point. Nowadays The ruling ones are the princess Zalratika Neilodus Ruiko and the prince Dustrazius Medrago Igrogious."
Reweka add his thought to the conversation.
"If the princess and the prince the ruling ones, where is the king and the queen?"
"Gallahed this question is similar to what could be in this box. Until we search for and revel it, we would found out. Without of all the investigation, everything stay unknow and unreasoned."
Reweka's response.
"The queen and the king was lost, after shortly Chronokhasio was rebuilt."
Hajiki's reply to Reweka's thought.
"We can't found out what happend with them, but we can found out what in the box."
Hajiki sayed with curiousity and joy.
"I can see you are very curious, and a bit obsessed with that box Hajiki"
Reweka's statement.
Gallahed watched them arguing about how Hajiki only focus was the box.
They opened the box. It had a few letter in it. Some of it was coordinates, or mysteriously worded descprition of places.
And there was one which took their attention.
"Please for the sake of humanity go back to the past Chronoxia era 817 and kill Gallahed Klaknik. He is the responsible for all of this horrible thing what will happen in the future.
That is the only chance to get back what we lost.
Chronoxia era 846.
Gallahed Klaknik"
This message shocked them. The knowledge of the world of the Hanalesses, which counted as horrible things and monsters. Is that, the reason and the cause of all that is, Laplace. The chrono demon. A monster capable of modyfing and altering the time itself.
These are only know by legends, folktales, and urban gossips. The Hanabaks aren't sure that monster is even exist or not. But they are fear of it, even if it doesn't exist. Becasue they don't know for sure.
And now here it is. A letter, which say it, the whole Hanaless thing caused by person. A person named Gallahed Klaknik.
In the room, the silence was the only thing who was strongly in there. The group was shocked.
"Say Reweka, doesn't THAT thing is the cause of the hanaless?"
Asked Hajiki.
"Atleast that's what they teached us. And that is what everyone think in Chronokhasio."
Reweka gave an answer.
"But this letter say it otherwise."
"I saw that, but can we take it for sure, what this message told us?"
"It is a good question."
They thinking about what this letter mean. Then suddenly reweka's eyes caught something, took her attention, all what could be able to take.
"Guys there is one more odd thing with this letter."
"What is it?" Asked back Hajiki.
"What is that word 'humanity' and what is the meaning of that word?" Asked Reweka.
"I don't know. I didn't even heard this word." Answered Hajiki.
"Gallahed you know this word?" Asked Reweka.
"No, i didn't heard it too." Answered Gallahed.
"You know, there is one more strange about this, but maybe just i thought about it." Sayed Hajiki.
"Say, what is it?" Reweka replied.
"The name, 'Gallahed Klaknik'. Isn't it a bit strange. But it could be they just have similar names." Hajiki's point.
"You have a point in there. It is really odd.
But i don't think our Gallahed is the real subject of suspicion." Reweka's reply
"Yeah, i know. But any of us know other Gallaheds, then sorry for this but Klassiwnev" Hajiki replied.
She don't want to misinterpret thing by calling him in first name but for the conversation and proving the point it needed.
"Don't worry about this now Hajiki." Gallahed's reply
"Thanks" Hajiki's reply
"Guys i think we found something very interesting. After Nadilik has recovered, we will find out what this letter meant about. So what do you think about this?"
Reweka taking a suggestion of a "great adventures".
"Of course, i can't wait" Hajiki sayed with joy an excitment.
"Yes, i really want it too" Gallahed's response
"Now with every one agreed on this. We go on a great adventure, to find out what this letter gives us. Of course after Nadilik is recovered her consciousness."
But they can't afford to wait until that occur. Because the world is plannig his action too. So the question is. Will they be waiting even if it gives them real hard times or go on sooner and hoping the best?
