He screamed his heart out, and water ate away the Jinn as it growled in pain and reached out in resistance. Zain jumped down to the floor and the scythe had already faded away by then. He gasped, hearing his wife calling out his name. Glancing behind, he bit his lower lip, seeing nobody. He closed his eyes and sat down, panting. Everyone ran towards him and started celebrating. All forty members met and updated one another about what happened.
Zain wasn’t listening to any of them and looked down in silence. Meanwhile, Mika’il healed David and sat next to him for a bit, watching Zain getting everyone’s attention. Mika’il smiled at him and started clapping. “Beautiful. I’m very much amused. Thank you. I needed the entertainment.”
