David blinked as nothing happened. Opening his eyes, he saw Israpheel healing Zain. “You proved to me that you fought back despair. As a reward, I will heal your friend. You can keep your heart for now.”
David then nodded and watched Zain get up and regain his strength. He smiled at him and held his hands. “H-How do you feel?”
The green-eyed sat up without answering. "Where is Fahd?" he asked.
David glanced around and shook his head. "Not here…"
He glanced back at Zain and stared at the horror in his eyes. The brown-haired leaned on the wall to stand and walked towards the exit of the cave. David frowned and grabbed his arm. "Where are you going?"
