Epilogue
A month later, Natalie strode down the hallway of Everyday Love on her way to Mac’s office. Most of the fervor of the show had died, but business was still booming for the matchmakers. She tapped on the office door, but didn’t wait for a response before swinging it open.
“Really,” Gail huffed. “What is it with the two of you rushing into a room before being invited?”
“Good morning to you, too, Gail,” Natalie responded with a smile. Normally, she would’ve waited for Mac to invite her in, but she knew Gail was in his office. She also knew simply walking in would bother Gail.
She plopped on the chair beside Gail, across from Mac’s desk. Mac looked up from his computer screen and smiled.
