On March 11, 2011, the citizens of Taipei perceived the city's transformation: streets teemed with soldiers searching every edifice. Broadcasting vehicles traversed back and forth, incessantly relaying evacuation notices. Factories ceased operations entirely. Schools suspended classes. To avert panic, everyone remained in place, awaiting evacuation. At this moment, within a grand Taekwondo dojang in Taipei City... "You claim you wish to challenge our dojang?"
