Dragon riders

part 2

It was now time for the riders to come i was so excited i already seen my brothers standing with their friends in a group then i see the dragons flying above they land and the leaders name is Lukas and his dragon was white with gold markings he looked around the boys age but i can't really tell.

Lukas POV. 

As we land i see everyone has gathered in the middle of the town i grab the stone from Artemis's saddle bag and walk it over to a table "hey everyone i'm from the academy of dragons , i would like all the teenagers to line up in a line and they place your hand on the stone , then we will be able to see if your a rider or a mage. " i seen a girl a lil younger than me find what looked like her older brothers and walk over to the stone first to join the line. The first person to put their hand on the stone it did nothing then i seen 2 other boys come up they placed their hand on the stone and it turned red for fire for one and blue for water for the other , then i seen a girl stand up and place her hand on the stone it started out with gold then white , purple and then all 3 i heard gasps from the crowd and i waited till it calmed down to let her brothers do and they get the same colors . ' last time i seen that happen is when the king and queen was in rule it might be their kids' i heard Artemis say ,after it was over i put the stone back in the saddle bag and told Artemis to contact the other dragon riders to come land for the riders get on all together we had 3 air mages , 2 fire mages, 1 water mages , 1 earth mages and the 3 kids that are riders.

Natalie's POV.

When it was all over i was excited because i was a rider and so was my brothers but we had more than one color i look up to see other dragons to land to get the other kids on the dragons i see Lukas and his dragon i walk over their "hey Lukas what's your dragons name"? "'my name is Artemis dear child while Lukas is busy do you want to go flying' i heard. The omg i heard another dragon talk i run over to Artemis side and put my leg over like getting on a horse i seen their was reins to fly but i didn't want to use them ' Artemis fly' i ask him he say a simple nod and with that i can see the whole village in a few seconds " Artemis how do you listen to me so well i heard only a dragon can only listen to their rider " ' well you see dear child i am a sage dragon meaning i have been around for hundreds of years and i remember when the King and Queen was in rule and i heard they had 3 kids what was your parents name little one ' i thought for a minute " my moms name was lily and my dads name was matt and i think their dragons names was storm and moonlight' with that Artemis starts to head back to the village where i have 2 angry brothers and a surprise Lukas as soon as i get off it looked like Lukas and Artemis is having a conversation , i seen my brothers have already packed us each a bag and some food. When Lukas was done talking he told us to get on Artemis  i think the dragon had take a liking to me because he wanted me to sit n front of Lukas on the way to the Academy so we sat on Artemis and Lukas told him to fly so we took offto the academy it was a good 4 hours away.
