CHAPTER 2: The Estate’s Secrets

The morning sun put a golden glow on the property, but Emilia could not shake the feeling of dishonesty before that night. He had heard whispering in his room, a soft gambling that used to come from somewhere and everywhere. Despite the cold, it sent its spine down, she was firm to detect the property and highlight her secrets. After a quick breakfast, Emilia set to detect the ground. The gardens were beautiful, filled with flowers that he had never seen before. But it was a library that actually fascinated him - a room full of books that seemed to be spreading to the sky. He spent hours while searching for texts on vegetation, magic and ancient disciplines, browsing through shelves. As soon as the sun began to mold, Emilia heard the march behind him, putting a long shade throughout the room. He turned to see Julian standing in the door, a book in his hand. "Whatever you want, find everything you want?" He asked, his eyes shine with entertainment. "Yes, thanks," Emilia replied, feeling a flush growth on her cheeks. "This library is incredible." "I'm glad you like it," Julian said, walking close. "I have always received consolation in books. They catch mystery and stories that can take us to another world." As he spoke, Emilia saw that Julian looked away, his eyes were cloudy for a moment, before he takes back his work. "Is everything fine?" He asked, his concern is real. "Yes, everything is fine," Julian assured him. "Just old memories, this is all." Emilia nodded, but she could not help feel that it had much more. As soon as he went out of the library, he caught a glimpse of a ghost shape around the corner. She moves around, but there was no one. "Did you see?" He asked Julian, his voice was barely above a whisper. Julian's expression became serious. "Look what?" "A figure ... I thought I had seen someone," Emilia explained, realizing a shivering that she had run into her spine. Julian's eyes closed on top of him, and for a moment, Emilia felt as if he could see it right through him. "There is a way to play tricks on the brain in this property," he said softly. "But I assure you, you are safe here." Despite her assurance, Emilia could not realize that she was seen. As soon as the night falls, this time returned loudly. He tried to ignore them, focusing on the book on his lap, but the words stained together on the page. Suddenly, a cold air was swept away through the room, extinguishing the candles. Emilia was immersed in darkness, whispered, more important. He felt an appearance next to her, and then one hand touched her. "Julian?" He whispered, his heart was running. "Yes, it's me," he replied, calm his voice. "I'm here. You are safe." As soon as he burnt the candles again, the whisper stopped, causing an uncomfortable silence to get out of his waking up. Emilia saw Julian, seeing anxiety on her face. "What's going on?" He asked, despite that fear, his voice firm which was enraged. Julian hesitated, then spoke in a low, serious tone. "This property has a history, Emilia. A history that sometimes feels very alive. But I promise you, I will do everything in my power to keep you safe." Emilia nodded, feeling a sense of faith in Julian that she could not explain. But as she looked around the dark room, she wondered if she was really safe, or if she had stepped into a world from where she could ever escape. As the night wore, Emilia prepared herself for Julian, realizing a relationship between them that only went beyond friendship. She could not help, but was surprised about her past, about the secrets that she was hidden behind the piercing green eyes. The property seemed to be whispering in his ear, the mystery that could only unlock Julian. Emilia felt a sense of determination, resolve to highlight the truth about the property and its mysterious owner. When she settled in her room, Emilia could not feel that she was being seen. He looked around, but there was no one there. The room was calm, except for the soft peak of the old wooden floorboard. Despite restlessness, Emilia felt a sense of enthusiasm. She was here to learn about the mysterious plant, and perhaps to highlight mysteries to learn more about herself. As she left for sleep, she thought what would bring the next day. The darkness of the outside seemed to press around him, but Emilia felt a feeling of washing peace over her. She knew that she had taken the right decision to come here. He knew a little, his journey was just beginning, and the secrets of Blackwood Estate would soon change his life forever. As she lay down on the bed, Emilia's views turned into Julian. She could not help, but was surprised about her past, about the secrets that she was hidden behind the piercing green eyes. In the dark, Emilia's dreams were filled with jungle philosophy, whispering in the air of ancient trees. He saw Julian standing among the trees, looking at him with an intensity, which caused his heart to flow. The dream was vivid, filled with a feeling of longing and mystery. When Emilia woke up, the sun was rising above the property, casting a golden glow on the scenario. She felt fresh, ready to face whatever day she could. As she dressed and made her way down, she could not help, but wonder what mystery the day would reveal. The breakfast room was filled with fresh baked bread and aroma of browing coffee. Julian was already sitting, his eyes were meeting him as soon as he entered. "Good morning, Emilia," he said, his voice warm and invited. "I hope you slept well." Emilia smiled, feeling ease in its appearance. "Yes, thanks. I did." As he ate, Julian spoke of the history of Estate, from the generations of Blackwood who protected its secrets. Emilia listened deeply, her curiosity associated with magic and mystery stories. After breakfast, Julian suggested that they pass through gardens. Emilia agreed, curious to detect the estate ground. He said, "I am sure you are," he said, his eyes are shining with the promise of security. " As they turned back to the property, Emilia felt a sense of enthusiasm. She knew that her journey was just beginning, and the secrets of Blackwood Estate were waiting for the opening. The day was filled with a sense of expectation, as Emilia discovered the property and learned more about its mysterious past. She began to feel that Julian was more than that of the eye meeting, that she was hiding the secrets that only he could expose. As soon as the sun began to wake up, Emilia felt a sense of surprise, casting a golden glow on the property.
