Dear Reader Friend,
Thank you so much for taking another journey with Aileen and Callan. This story had been cooking in my mind for a while. I really like Andrew and wondered how he would react in a crisis like the one he goes through in this book. And to add to it, it was also a test of Aileen and Isla’s friendship. Personally, I felt a sense of pride when Aileen not only stuck to per promise but, despite her fears, saved a teenager’s life.
I must confess, this case was a tough nut to crack. There were definitely times when I was certain we weren’t going to solve this mystery. But finally it all came together. I guess all’s well that ends well, eh?
This story wouldn’t be as succinct as it is without these incredible people.
