Chapter Two.

Daisy's P.O.V.

Daisy. someone called tapping me gently.

Who in Baby Jesus is that. I thought squirming on the Bed. Refusing to open my eyes.

Daisy the voice called again. the tapping becoming more urgent.

This my cue to stand up now. I yanked the sleeping mask from my eyes And sat uprightly.

J_ josh it's you. why are you up so ea_early. Go to bed you are distur_disturbing my sl_eep. I complained.

Go to sleep. Daisy you are funny. Our flight is by Ten do you want us to miss it. Josh said seriously.

Holy mo_mother of Do_Donuts I gasped. Umm I'm sorry. I for_forgot.

It's okay. Good thing I woke you up early. Go and freshen up and join us all downstairs.

Okay Josh I will. I said standing up from my Bed while he left my room.

I can't believe I seriously forgot. That's why I always need my alarm. I thought inwardly shutting the door behind him.

While I stripped off my clothes and headed to my Bathroom.

I brushed my teeths, bathed and dried myself in my towel. I proceeded to check out an outfit I grabbed a Denim blue jeans and pink off the shoulder top designed with Flowers.

Normally I would prefer skirts since I'm a skirt Lover but due to the flight I feel like Jeans are more Preferable.

I grabbed a lacy matching Bra set My parents and my brother don't know i own any of this. And my daddy nor my brother must not find out.

They want to keep me as pure and innocent. I like wearing these underwears because it makes me feel pretty and much more confident in myself.

While growing up. I had always thought I was fat and ugly but then Emily was there for me and she even told me I had an hour glass figure but due to the fact that am not so tall I look fat but I've learn to love myself the way I am.

After finishing dressing up. I applied oil on my hair and combed it using a hair band to tie in into a lazy bun while Ieft a few strands of the front hair to frame my face.

I Sprayed my signature Strawberry Body spray placed my favorite necklace on my neck the one Emily had gifted me on my birthday and wore a bracelet mom gifted me on my left wrist.

I run a little bit of lipgloss on my full pouty lips. I was not a fan of makeup but then I would apply lipgloss and mascara once in a while.

I had an hard time deciding what shoes to wear I had a canvas in one hand and a white sandals with pink flowers in another. I later decided on the sandals since they matched my outfit.

Satisfied with my look. I took my phone from the Bedstand and tucked it safely in my jean pockets. I grabbed my Two large suitcases trying to drag them downstairs. I'd have had Josh do that for me but I don't want to be much of a burden.

I can do my things on my own. I thought to myself whereas I was struggling to balance the both of them.

While dragging it slowly through the stairs. Josh caught sight of me and immediately came to my rescue.

Princess Leave it. lemme help you. He said looking at the suitcases.

No it's okay. I don't want to be a burden.

You are not a burden. you are struggling to balance those give me that. your big strong brother will take care of it.

I couldn't help a laugh as I resigned and let him take care of the suitcases for me since he insisted.

I watched him carry the both suitcases as if they weighed nothing and I wondered how much powers guys possessed.

Good morning mom and Dad I said politely sitting in between them on the Sofa grinning.

Hey Baby. how was your night. mom asked affectionately while Dad kissed the top of my forehead.

Fine mom thank you.

My Daisy looks so beautiful today. Dad complimented.

Unable to hide a blush. I managed to say thank you while blushing.

Since everyone is here let's all go have breakfast. Mom said while she lead the way while we both followed.

My Brother has Toast and Eggs while I had Pancakes with whipped cream. Pancakes are my favorite breakfast. Mom ate pancakes too while Dad had the same thing as Josh.

After Breakfast. Dad and Josh took all the suitcases to the car while Mom and I cleared the dishes.

We made a few talks while clearing the dishes with mom expressing how happy she was because I finally came around since I didn't take the news of the relocation plans well.

Mom only smiled and continued with what she was doing. my phone pinged indicating a text message.

I checked it and it was from Emily.

Hi, How are you. The text read.

I'm fine. How're you doing. I replied setting my phone aside and the reply came almost immediately.

You are leaving today right?? She asked.

Yes flight is by Ten. I messaged back.

Umm okay as much as I would want to go with you to the airport I can't. She typed back with a sad emoji.

I understand. it's okay. I texted back.

Don't forget about the New York tour. you promised me.

Of course when I arrive I'll call you video call and I'll show you around.

That's why I love you. She texted back with a red emoji.

I love you too Emi. I texted back smiling softly.

Make sure to take care, get a social life and catch a lot of fun even without me. She texted sternly.

Alright mom. I texted back jokingly.

While she sent back a roll of laughing Emojis.

Alright I have to go now. And remember I remain your number one Bestie. She added.

Of course. No one's replacing you. I assured.

Alright bye. she finally messaged.

Bye. I typed back too.

Hey you. who are you chatting with and why you smiling. is it some boy at school. Josh teased standing beside me.

Boy. Of co_course not. yo_you a_are ridi_ridiculous. I said amidst laughter.

So who was it. Josh asked curiously and I his a smile due to his reaction.

It's J_just Emily Si_silly.

Ohh okay thought it's some random boy and I have to cut off his hands. Josh said.

You are a me_meanie. I said displeased.

Me meanie.Joah repeated in disbelief. Don't worry you will say that again. He said grinning Evily s and began to tickle me.

J_josh pl_please st_stop I said throwing my hands and feet in the air while laughing.

Josh. Mom called through the kitchen leave your sister alone. Mom said story while Josh immediately stopped the tickling.

Hey honey. Dad said approaching mom you through with what you are doing.

Of course. mom replied wiping her hands with a kitchen towel.

The luggages are all in the car and the rest will be shipped. I assume you all are set to leave. Dad asked looking at our faces.

We all responded in different positive answers. I took one last look at the house and sighed heavily. Bye Bye I said inwardly.

We all proceeded to the garage where the car was parked while Dad locked the house with the keys.

I overheard Daddy telling Mommy that the house was going to be sold. it hurts I wished they wouldn't sell it so we would forever have a place in North Carolina but I didn't say anything because I didn't want them to feel like I was eavesdropping.

When Daddy finished locking up the house he joined us inside the car. He took his spot at the driver's seat. Mom sat beside him. While, I and Josh say together at the back seat.

Josh was on his phone typing to someone so I decided to plug in my headset and listen to music while I looked outside the window watching as the car zoomed off and houses and tree faded from my view.

Soon enough I felt bored and I decided to play games on my phone. I decided on Temple run even though I wasn't so good with the game. I was just catching fun.

Josh placed a Bag of chips beside me and I smiled at him grateful for always understanding me without words. I ate the chips while I drank strawberry juice with it and I felt a lot much more better than before.

I didn't know when I slept off until when Mom woke me and told me we were already at the airport. I hoped down from the car and I saw Daddy and Josh offloading the suitcases.

Mom asked if I could handle my suitcases and I replied nodding my head because I felt more energized than before.

I wheeled the two suitcase behind me. The airport was so beautiful. I saw different people wheeling their suitcases as well.

We checked in and our flight was confirmed and we were given a boarding pass. Big Bags were transferred to the airline and we were screened for safety and security reasons. The whole process was new to me and also strange.

It was my first time traveling on Air and I couldn't help being Nervous, excited, strange and sad at the same time I had mixed feelings. Later our passports and Visa's were checked before we were asked to wait.

We were later called to enter the plane my seat was close to that of my family members and we fastened our seat beltm The air hostess then announced it was time.

The plane began to lift slowly and I felt it leave the surface of the earth. Then it started to move faster and I felt my heart start to race and a little pressure start to form in my chest and stomach.

My parents and my brother was there to assure me telling me it was part of flying to feel nervous. I regained confidence and sent the feeling of fear of of my mind.

The Building's and Roads slowly began to feel smaller almost non existent and the trees faded quickly as clouds surrounded the plane. I felt the airplane had gj in the sky and looking outside the window. The scenery felt unreal and magical with endless clouds.

At some point the Airplane experienced a mild turbulence and I began to panick. One woman held her little daughter tighter the young girls face had fear written all over. but then the Hostess addressed everyone and reassured us all.

The Hostess appeared confident. she was tall with long legs. she was beautiful a red lipstick was smeared on her lips and she looked professional in her Blue skirt, blazer and jacket.

The Airplane steadied and everyone heaved a sigh of relief and hums of the engines filled the cabin.

Then the Airplane landed. it touched down on a very big space. we all hoped out and I shared a hug with my family.

I watched different people running into the arms of their family embracing and shedding tears of joy. we collected our luggages at the Baggage claim.

A taxi was waiting for us and we hoped in. The driver took out luggages and loaded it at the Boot The environment felt different. A new kind of different.

The Taxi pulled in front of a grand mansion with Golden gates and my hands rushed to cover my mouth holding back a gasp. it looked like a castle and I couldn't believe this wash new home.

I rushed into the arms of my daddy embracing him tightly.

Dad is this our new home. I asked unable to believe.

Of course sweetheart. Dad confirmed.

If I thought the exterior was grand the interior was even much more better. Dad showed me to my room and I gasped when I saw it The room was bigger than my former. everything was pink just the way I love.

It looked like something out of a fairytale. The closet was large but empty. The Bathroom had a big pink bath tub by the corner. it could accommodate over five people. There was also a glass shower and bathing supplies.

Hey princess. I heard the familiar voice of Josh call behind me.

J_Josh loo_look at my room. it's sooo Big And B_Beautiful. I said excitedly showing him around while he watched in awe.

It's in my Fav_Favorite co_color. I added smiling to myself.

It's truly befitting for a princess. Wait till we see the other room. Josh added grinning.

Jo_Josh will yo_you s_show me to your room. I want to see if it's as p_preety as mine.

It's much more pretty than yours and even bigger. He said with an huff.

Josh lead the way and his Room was down the corner. When he opened the door and I went inside. it was grand and beautiful. it looked masculine with dark cool colors and he had big mahogany wood desk.

He also had a Musical room for his equipments. Josh is very talented he plays me the piano whenever I feel restless.

See princess. He said arrogantly showing off his room to me.

It's hug_huge and I Li_like it. Jo_josh you'll still play me the piano right?? I asked waiting for a reply

Of course. anything for you lil sis.

Josh continued showing me around. The House had Five Big Bedrooms, two living room. A grand kitchen, game room, outdoor space, great views.

Guys there was even a swimming pool. A big one.

I can see myself hosting parties here. Josh said grinning.

You can but I don't want no_noise. I said.

Nerdy little thing. He accused.

Hey kids. Mom and Dad said in unison joining us at the swimming pool where we stood.

D_Daddy I can't be_believe we are goi_going to live in so mu_much luxury. I said amused at how fast our fates had changed from a three bedroom owner apartment. we became a five bedroom mansion owner.

Of course Sweetheart. Dad said.

You both go ahead and freshen up you must be tired from the trip.

Okay Mommy. I said before heading back to my room with Josh following behind taking in the view of the new home.

Life in New York wasn't going to be so bad.
