I walked down the hall, seeking solace in the quiet corners of the school where I could escape prying eyes.
Finding my way to the top floor balcony, I couldn't help but reminisce. This was our place—Alex's and mine. A place where we found comfort in each other's company, enjoying the beautiful view that lay before us.
Now, however, he didn't even want to collaborate on a simple school project with me. The distance between us echoed the shattered fragments of our once unbreakable bond.
