Episode 2: Boy meets girl

‘Alpha’s point of view’

            I finally got some time to relax and breathe, after our arrival to the blood waterfall’s mansion. CJ left in a hurry and it was not in my interest to know where he was heading. On his way out, he instructed a helper to take to my room, a room that was forbidden to leave.

*Flashback*

‘Third person point of view’

The car’s engine was still running hot as it came to a stop in front of the main house.

“Get out!” ordered CJ.

“What!” the boy had no idea what was going on.

“I said, OUT!” just like that, Alpha leaped out of the car as if he was tossed out.

            “Hey, you. Lead him to his room, now” instructing the lady who was busy cutting the flowers, that add more beauty to the huge mansion which was a double story with a fountain fixed few feet away from the two garage doors that are made of black shiny wood that matched the light grey colour of the entire mansion.

“I’m also new here sir, so…”

“So what? Take him to his room, first room on your left!

            And don’t let him leave his room, not at all, even if he wants to pee, bring him something to pee while he is inside the walls of his room” yelled CJ, who was impatient enough to leave.

            “What?” a very strange thing ever, it caught Alpha off guard as well, he mistakenly dropped his luggage as he simultaneously turned with in an instant, only to gaze back to his insane cousin brother.

“Shut up! I’m not talking to you, doofus” while pointing a finger, aimed straight to Alpha.

“Ah...” poor maidservant was still confused.

“Hey… let him go before he skin the flesh out of your bones” whispered Alpha with a naughty wink aimed to the beggarly looking new maidservant who was scared for her life.

“Understood sir” seems like she credited Alpha’s opinion on letting the beast move away quickly.

“Nincompoop” he gently insulted as he dashed his car out of the mansion.

            “Someone is in a hurry” said Alpha as he raised his eyebrows with a neck exercise; moving his head side to side while laughing gently.

“This way sir please”

“You dare call me ‘sir’ again… I’ll rip your throat out.

Please call me Alpha”

“But Alpha is…”

“Is what… CJ, your leader?”

“Yes”

“My name is Alpha, so please lady, call me by name; ‘Alpha’. You can do that right?”

“Well, if you insist”

            “I do… Now, please take me to my room I want to rest, I had a long day already” they left chatting so gently for anyone to hear, and from that moment it appeared that Alpha has already made a friend, they laughed all the way the house.

*End of flashback*

            After a shot conversation with Emily, she kindly left me to get some rest, oh yeah we knew each other, after a brief introduction of course but there’s still a lot to talk about, only if my cousin won’t perceive us.

            “What the?” I was shocked to see lassie’s belongings when I was about to unpack my clothes. I then decided not to unpack, but I had to take some nap,

            I will enquire about the bras, make-ups and underwears in my room when I wake up, that was my final thought. And by the look of it, they were the belongings of a young lady, don’t ask what I did to figure that out, but an eye analysis never fail under any circumstance, if you know what I mean.

‘Third person’s point of view’

                It didn’t take long for Alpha’s body to be inactive just after seconds he got into bed that immobilized him. Few minutes later, CJ made his entrance once again and this time he had a woman passenger, who was beautiful looking, yet so innocent.

                She quickly made her up to her room, after proclaiming her exhaustion to CJ and all she needed was a nap, when she got into her room, an unfamiliar surprise shocked her, for the door was unlocked which was something she never forgets to do. She decided to let herself in, as she slowly opened the door lock, and her eyes couldn’t believe the scene; for her stuff was all over the place.

‘What… in the… hearse”

               And with no much surprise, she saw an innocent good looking boy, with bruises all over his face, he was still half dead, she smiled as she was slowly walking towards the bedside “I’m astounded” jaws hit the floor.

                “Looks like…” she got closer to take a closer look of the uninvited guest who had her bed occupied without her permission.

                “Oh my… look who finally made it?” she said with a smile all over her face, looks like she heard about the intrusion that has already taken place. She investigated her wardrobe and fished out her favourite blanket, white in colour with a huge red heart in the middle, with an intention to use it on covering the boy’s legs that were served as lunch to the cool breeze provided by the bedroom window.

                But immediately, when the blanket connected Alpha’s lower parts, he woke with an instant with his wolf defence skills on their peak point and him, ready to attack the enemy in front of him, at least that’s how he analysed the whole scenario.

                “What are you doing here… who are you?” Alpha questioned with no memory of what CJ told him earlier in the car.

                “I should be asking the same question… so who are you Mr” playfully, Cynthia asked, playing mind games with the young boy who had her pinned down on her own bed.

“You better speak, before…”

“Before what… before you break my bones?

Oh! Please, don’t make me laugh”

“Hold on a second”

                “What… the thick headed skull has remembered something? Let’s hear it, are you saying something? Come on… louder” she just went wrong, the boy was getting more and more upset, he didn’t even notice his position to her body features, if someone could have walked in, to such a scene, I don’t know what.

                Enough with this, oh! Balls… he’s so heavy, let me make it a snap so that I could be free from this jerk. Thought Cynthia, while her eyes were still fixed into Alpha’s eyes who was an inch close to her face.

                “I am Cynthia, you must Jr” she finally opened up, while looking him in the eyes, trying to fish out emotions but with no response all she can see was confusing and a bit of wolf anger.

“What? Jr Who?” He said with no signs of friendliness.

                “Sorry, you must be Alpha, CJ’s cousin” She resumed, trying to calm the nerves of the beasty boy who had no reason to not attack the person who discourteously disturbed him from his siesta.

“Oh… sorry then” at last, he paused trying to make it up to her.

                “Now can you please take your hand off my chest I can’t breathe properly… and get off my me ASAP, you are heavy as an elephant” she said while twinkling causing Alpha to smirk while his eyes were still fastened on Cia’s eye balls.

                Did he just smirked? Oh! My flesh, who is this brainless boy? Cynthia’s meditations paced down that pavement with a spark of smile on her face.

‘Alpha’s point of view’

                I didn’t even notice how I pinned her down, my legs were folded between hers, with my hand firmly balanced right between the mammary glands, forcing her vulva down right between my secret balls, and the distance between her lips and mine kept on decreasing by smaller increments with each breathe I took up until I felt the warmth of her breath, I could feel her heart changing pace from marathon to a sprint.

“So charming” I thought while searching her soul through her eyes.

“Say what?”

“You heard me…?” eyes popping out with shock, I might’ve thought out loud, she knocked me off all the way down to the floor.

                And left the room, leaving me down there still trying digest what just happened. My thoughts ran wild, as I clownishly thought; what if she heard me when I said she’s beautiful… what if she tells CJ… what if she thinks I’m after her?

                “Now what was that, huh?” Alpha’s voice came at the back of my head again, and this time he was somehow happy while I was left trying to figure out what could’ve gone wrong and I started to whimper.

“What do you want now?”

                “You don’t talk to me like that, remember… the whole plan was my idea, all you had to do was to put little action, you dummy”

“Oh! Is that so?”

“Hey! ’Oh! Is that so?’ If it were not for me, none of this would have happened”

“What am I supposed to say… thank you Mr Wolf?”

“You dare call me a wolf…”

“Sorry buddy”

                “Next time I am taking the lead, you are too naïve and you lack taste, unlike me, unsophisticated brat. You should have kissed her”

“Now you’re pushing me, you halfwit, son of a beef”

                “Weakling of a namby-pamby coward milksop?” he never stops tormenting me and I know, pushing my buttons is a glee to him, a lot has happened in one day, and I still had to face CJ almost every day until no one knows when to pause.

                “Okay, don’t act so smart on me, we are one if you must know. Just leave me alone, I’m tired!” I said shutting him off, because I know he does not give up when it to comes to proving a point on who’s better between us.

                Since he knows me better than anyone, and of course he controls almost every part of life, he is well aware that, to win me over is through a deep, nonstop discussion or should I say ‘argument’ up until I get tired of arguing with him. Shutting him off was the only way to get the peace of mind, I will summon him when I need him, only if he will respond because he has his days of being a jackass of a bloody wolf.

‘Cynthia’s point of view’

I ran my way to the bathroom, and sat down inside the shower with my body leaned against the wall.

“What was I thinking?”

                Did he just brushed his lips onto mine? I’ve never felt like that my entire life, the way he touched me. He made my body move in ways I never imagined and feel things that I’ve never felt before, but I can’t mate with him, he is the cousin of my stepfather, this is a forbidden affair, my mind was running in the wilderness for I was flabbergasted about what happened.

                “Calm down Cynthia… calm down Cynthia babe, you’re a big girl now, you will overcome this… there you go” trying to calm my nerves, while breathing in and out slowly.

                Wait, did I just called CJ, a step father? This was the first time in many years, I’ve never considered him as a stepfather, but that day it outbursted on my own lips like a volcano. My relationship with my parents was about to take a certain turning point, because of our new guest, Alpha. I stood up in front of the bathroom mirror, just after shutting the door behind me.

                I decided to flash the whole event as it is, and took a warm shower that refreshed me. But there was one pro                blem at hand, Alpha was still in my room when I left so there’s a very high chance that I might find him there and the worst part was that, my clothes are also in that same room.

                I slowly made my way out of the bathroom to my room, and luckily he was not there. I quickly stepped inside and locked the door, and took a long breathe. I sat down in front of the mirror again, investigating my body shape, those curves that match my height and I won’t mention more, because oh! Boy, I’m cute. While I was busy praising and smiling to the image mirror, I heard steps coming straight to my room. Could it be?

                “Damn it’s already 6 p.m.” it was time for super, I never had a chance to check the time while I was in the bathroom. I had to make it a snap, and get into my usual clothes. I was certain that, it was mom, she always check up on me when I’m late for super. I quickly fetched the keys, and slowly unlocked the door, went back to the mirror with only a bra and underwear on, I had to make her believe that I just came back from bathroom.

                The door opened slowly, and I simply took a gaze with no words coming out of my mouth, trying to act innocent as usual.

                “Oh sorry, I... ah” it was not Bettina, but someone just saw me half naked. I didn’t know what to do or say, he already saw and there was no brainwashing that.

                “What are you doing in my room?” I roared out like a Nemean lion, for I was so ashamed, and also not sure if I will be able to look him in the eyes again, mom told me that these times will come but I have to try and behave myself, but I didn’t know why I felt so connected with him whenever my eyes came in contact with his and now he saw my body.

“What is this?”

“What?” Alpha cried on the other side of the door.

                “Emily said I should make you something to eat, I got your favourites as she instructed. Are you done there… I mean can I come in now?”

“Of course not!

You are forbidden to enter my room from now on… are we clear?”

“Clear as your skin…”

“Excuse me!”

                “I… I mean as the sky ma’am. But what should I do with your food, surely its getting cold by now?” It’s like he knew, that I was so hungry and I failed to resist my reverberating stomach that echoed the entire room.

“Drop the tray and leave immediately”

“But the food will spill all over the floor if I do that, or you like on the floor?”

                “Is he stupid or what… who is this Alpha anyway?” I gently whispered making sure that he does not hear me at all.

                “Don’t be stupid, gentle put the tray on the floor and one more time… leave!” I roared in anger, and this kid was starting to annoy me.

                Wow! Did I just said ‘kid’? Actually he looks older than me with those bold shoulders, strong thigh and matching height but few feet taller than me, nevertheless the voice is too gentle.

                “Fine!” after that I heard his footsteps, fading away, and after a minute or two I sneaked out and took the tray of food.

                “Wow so the bastard can cook after all?” I said smiling, and the smell was, “Oh! Amazing” I got onto my clothes in no time and I started to dig in, but I didn’t have enough time to finish my plate, just as I heard footsteps approaching my room again, and I was certain that, it was not him. Because it was few minutes to 7 p.m. on my watch, it was surely CJ or mom.

“Hey baby!” that was CJ’s voice after he rudely opened the door as usual.

                “Hello, CJ” I rapidly got up with a mind-set to go to the kitchen, not giving him a just to be conscious about the scene of my room, for Alpha’s belongings were still there.

                “Have you met Alpha?” the unforeseen question got the saliva stuck on my throat, I glanced back at him, my breathe was caught on my throat as our eyes connected and the voice refusing to come out.

                Finally, I opened up “Ah… yes I did saw him” I tried to fake a smile, but it became clear that I was hiding something to him, and the blushes were all over my face, he turned instantly and the look in his eyes justified one thing.

                “ALPHA!!” bellowed CJ, approaching the dining room, with only one mission in his provoked dark eyes; to teach the boy a lesson.

‘Alpha’s point of view’

                “What the…?” I was petrified such that I couldn’t move a single finger, my body just went numb immediately my eyes connected to his, and he was inflamed.

                Cynthia might have told him about what happened after my arrival. He was few feet away from me but he shouted my name as if he was kilometres away from me.

                “What did I…” an attempt to argue with him failed as I found myself pinned down, with one knee pressing me on the chest blocking me from breathing properly, I quickly used abs as the field while I held my fingers tightly straight, I choked him into the throat forcing him to fall back.

                But it didn’t took long for him to fist me down against the dining room floor, which got me dizzy a little. It was getting more difficult to follow his movements, for he was too fast for me follow.

“What did I tell you… what did I say about sneaking to my daughter?”

                Did he just called her a daughter? Evil thoughts never left side of me even to the cloud of danger, they still find a way to sneak into my mind.

Jeez, cold-hearted cousin choosing a stranger over his blood cousin, anyway I had to figure a way out because he was far from over.

                “What have you done…?” fists were flying, one after the other and the only thing between him and my face was my arms that formed a field against those heavy shots he fired directly to me that had the back of my head battling with the floor.

                “ANSWER ME BASTARD!!” this time he was not playing, as I saw a gaze of fire and anger in his eyes, that were getting darker and darker. I suddenly opened up with an annoyed voice.

                “I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING, OKAY!” I also don’t know where that came from, but one thing for sure I was tired of being pinned down to the floor and I was losing breath bit by bit. I was scared, if I had lost my temper just for a second, I won’t be able to stop the beasty wolf inside me, it would tear him apart.

“If you dare, do anything to my daughter. I will kill you myself.” He coldly said, with eyes still connected to mine in very rude manner, and none of us were blinking.

“Enough of you!” I said pushing him off me with a strength I don’t know where it came from, and before I could notice he was lying further away from me.

                “How dare you, son of a…” he turned with a warm slap that sent me to planet Mars and back in seconds, and I saw stars in my way back. But the night was still young, as he tried to put me down with an upper cut, the next minute he is down the floor. Dear, Alpha wolf, he was summoned by my fear.

“You are still a coward even after a tremendous training before coming here.” That was my wolf behind my head.

                “You better shut up and face the enemy in front of us.” I responded, also commanding him to finish him off, because if he CJ dies here tonight, that would mean, I have earned the right to take over his territory, his mate including his step daughter but I was not power hungry, all I ever wanted was a mate, nothing more.

“Listen here, you...” his eyes just got darker as he slowly rose up from the ground, with his face turning red… he was inflamed, for I somehow humiliated him.

“What now?” I whispered with terrified voice, with no one to here but my wolf.

“I didn’t take over because I like you, the only reason I am taking over is because I hate this guy” justified my wolf, trying to rationalizing his actions.

“Then we are mutual… wait was it you who precipitated him off the ground?”

“I saw an opening and I attacked… I’d rather deal with you than listening to him commanding you, us… oh! One more thing what about the girl?”

“Can you just fight and chat latter, what if we lose?”

“We don’t lose, not when I’m around”

“You can transform, huh?” queried CJ, with an irritated voice.

“What were you thinking, that I’m a little boy who can’t fight his own battles? Better think again.”

“Let’s see what you can do then” he didn’t waste any time, as he speared me out of the mansion and the fight went on and on, outside the mansion, by the fountain.

(The fight continued for more than 10 minutes, and Alpha was on the edge of death, both of them were tired but CJ had an upper hand.)

                “I was taught that, to never have mercy even if my enemy is down” after a long time, pulverising each other he finally gave me a sweet upper cut out of nowhere, followed by a series of flying fists that took me down, and the only option left was to transform into a wolf.

                “Oh! Now, you finally decided to transform, well… let the party begin” he said while we was also transforming. Just when we were both half way through transformation, a she-wolf’s voice howled behind us.

                “STOP!” and just like that, we were both transformed back to our human form, on the inside, there was no sign of my wolf, I tried connecting to him but… he was absent and I felt futile and incomplete without his presence.

                “Alpha… Alpha? Come on buddy, you can’t leave me like this” I tried to link with him but he was nowhere to be found.

                “What are two doing? The whole mansion is agitated, for their Alpha is fighting against his own blood cousin brother, what do you call that, huh? You are family, you were supposed to protect each other not kill each other” that was Bettina, CJ’s mistress.

                “Bettina… in my study. Now” CJ’s predominant voice, roared in silence, completely disturbing shifting my attention from Bettina’s entrance flabbergasting speech.

                “You must be Alpha?” inquired my boxing referee after 12 rounds in a ring against CJ, granting me a warm hug afterwards which was just a snake poison to those bruises I obtained from the same day to different events.

“Yeah! That’s me… you must be Bettina?”

                “NOW! Bettina…” he said just as he was walking away, leaving us all open mouthed, for he was acting childish and yelling for no reason.

                “Don’t worry, he likes you.” What? I couldn’t believe that foolish talk from Bettina, that’s not a way to treat someone you like.

“Is he always like that… I mean, yelling and grumpy?”

“He’ll melt as time goes, just relax for now okay”

“Maybe I’ll be dead when that time comes”

                “Just calm down, it’ll work out in the end, I know. He used to treat Cynthia the same way he does with you now”

“You’re joking” amazed.

                “So just relax, do what you have to do and please, avoid eye contact with him, he always gets suspicious for empty reasons”

“Okay, thanks”

                “Just go inside and freshen up, when you’re done I’ll lead you to your bedroom, you must be tired” at least, there’s someone who was nice around here. I carefully walked inside again, while my eyes were all over the place; in search of someone.
