It's been two days since they made it to some safe haven Isaiah and Isaac knew about. After taking out the trackers on the submarines for right before they boarded the plane, Darren had wearing, they finally felt some ease.
Aria was asleep in bed with her twins and Paige was sitting on the floor in the corner, trying to reach their grandmother. Cora was more advanced than Dorothy but Dorothy was the one still alive. She was trying to see if there was a way to get their sister. Grace needed them and Paige knew it. Dorothy was not answering and Paige grown tired of trying all night and this morning. I probably need Aria anyway, she thought as she made her way to the kitchen. Nothing ever worked when she was hungry and tired.
Reaching the kitchen just in time to see Zackary, helping a little girl with her food. He was always a great helper, that is why he will be an even better leader.
"Good morning", she said to them.
"Morning Ms. Paige.", they said in unison.
"What are we having today?", she asked.
"Pancakes", the little girl yelled with excitement.
"They're her favorite", a man said smiling and flipping more pancakes for the house. Paige looked at him and recognized that it was Isaac. He flips pancakes for children and smiles, she thought.
"Yea they really are", the girl said.
"Ms. Paige what are we doing today? Training? Isn't there another mission?", Zackary asked getting out his chair, ready to take on the next thing.
"Well Zack, I think we all need some real rest. I have a mission of my own that I am working on at the moment", before he could asked she continued "I will ask for you help if I need it".
"You're not going to ask. You going to act like you don't need my help or that you can handle it all alone. And now that Ms. Aria is here you really are not going to need me", he pouted and sat back in his seat.
"Well bud, I actually have a lot to do and I need some help. Would you like to help me so you don't have to wait for Ms. Paige. When she's ready for you, you can go. How does that sound?", Isaac said trying to cheer him up. Zackary was actually thinking about it. He did not really know this man but he did want something to do.
"Fair enough", Zackary said extending his hand to the man.
"Call me Isaac, no mister", he said taking Zackary's hand.
At that moment Aria came running in, holding one of the amethyst necklaces given from their grandmother.
"Aria what's wrong?", Paige asked looking at her with panic in her eyes.
"Put this on, we have something we need to do before", she stopped to breathe. She inhale deeply. "Is that pancakes?", she asked forgetting everything she was about to say.
"Yes it is" Isaac turned to her, then back at the food.
"Aria focus, what's going on", Paige said agitated.
"Let's eat first but put this on", she said handing Paige the necklace and grabbing a plate. Paige did the same and they ate. More people came in and joined them. Breakfast was smelling delightful and Isaac loved seeing everyone enjoying his food. It reminded him of a time when he was a boy.
"Just the way dad use to make them", Isaiah said slapping his brother on the back as a greeting.
"He did teach me", Isaac said back.
"How much more are you going to make?", Isaiah asked.
"Well I'm almost done. Me and little man got things to do", Isaac said tilting his head to at Zackary.
"We have some things we have to finish as well", Isaiah replied, looking at the boy who was talking with the other. Isaiah looked back at Isaac with a questionable expression.
"He's helping me today, until Paige needs him", he said reading his expression.
"How is that going to work? We have a sleeping woman we have to attend to today. We need to wake her up", Isaiah said clearly annoyed with bringing the kid along.
"It'll be fine. Do not ruin my mood. There's no reason to wake her up anyway", he said making the last of the breakfast.
"We need answers Isaac. Have you forgotten what I'll job is?", Isaiah stood walking to his brother. "There's no time for errors and if they are who we think they are then we need to be sure. Then we have to have a talk with them as well. We have to wake her up today".
He filled two plates of all the food Isaac made and prepared to leave. He stopped when he saw the amethyst necklaces around Paige and Aria's neck. He looked back to his brother. Isaac saw the necklaces already and just nodded to his brother. He already knew they were the ones but they had to be sure.

Later on that evening, Aria and Paige were in their room, preparing a spell to speak to Dorothy. They debated all day about which grandmother they should call. Aria wanted to speak with Cora, she would know more. Paige knew this but Dorothy might know just as much and she was alive. Plus there would be last magic to be used. Aria did not care about how much magic had to be used as long as she spoke with Cora. The twins were in a shield and playing with their toys. They were fine and couldn't hear a thing outside of it. They finally decided to talk to them both and Dorothy was first up.
Aria and Paige sat on the floor on a rug with candles lit. They were holding hands about to start when there was a knock on the door.
Aria raised and opens the door and say "What?". Isaiah and Darren looked at each other.
Laughing Isaiah spoke first "I need you both". Shaking his head, he stepped back.
"I need to understand why we haven't killed Kat yet and this guy said he needs her", Darren said pointing to Isaiah.
Paige walks to the door, while Aria ignores Darren but addresses Isaiah "Need us for what?".
"Come to the conference room please", he said eyeing Darren.
"He's coming with us", Paige said.
"I'm not leaving them alone", Aria said looking back at her twins.
"Who can get inside the barrier?", Isaiah asked seeing that the twins were protected.
"I can and Paige. Anyone who they trust but mostly relatives", Aria said, still not trusting to leave them alone. They were alone with their lying and deceiving father. She wasn't leaving them.
"Then they're safe?", Darren said confused.
"I said I am not leaving them". Aria yelled.
"We won't", Paige said, rubbing her sister's arm feeling all her anger. "We can bring them, take the shield down".
Aria went to let go of the shield but for some reason it was still up. She walked to it and couldn't get in. The twins backs were to them. Paige walked to them and put her hand on the shield to go through it but the same happened to her.
"Aria, take it down", Paige said.
"It's not me. It has to be one of them", Aria replied worrily.
She walked around to the other side of the play area and saw them drawing something. Their eyes were clouded indigo like hers do. They were either talking to someone or having a vision. This was knew to Aria, they haven't shown powers since the birth.
"Do they do that a lot?", Isaiah asked, watching the twins closely.
"No, I don't think so, this is my first time seeing it" Aria said.
Paige was holding Aria's hand, trying to give comfort. She felt all her worry. When the Twins eyes returned to they natural eye color they smiled and the shield disappeared. Aria ran to them hugging them and kissing their faces and heads. The twins giggle but Alec wanted her to stop.
"Mommy please you're crushing us", he said.
"I'm sorry I was worried about you", she said to him.
"Worried?", Alana asked eyeing her mother. "Why would you be worried?".
"I couldn't get through the shield and" she stopped. "What were you two doing?", she asked.
The twins looked at each other and smiled. "We were talking to Auntie Grace", Alec said.
Everyone was dumbfounded. Isaiah was the first to speak, "What do Auntie Grace look like?", he asked, kneeling to their level.
Alec walked towards Isaiah, stopping right in front of him. "You really do look like poppy. She was right".
"Poppy", Alana screamed excitedly. That snapped Alec out the trance he was in.
"Auntie Grace looks like mommy" he pointed to his mother "and poppy" Alec said.
"With pretty brown hair. She let me braid it", Alana said.
"Where is she now?", Aria asked.
"She in a room, locked up somewhere. Said she needed our help to get her out".
"What does the room look like?", Isaiah asked, intrigued by the little boy.
"White", Alana said "with flowers grandmother gave us".
"What flowers?", Paige asked.
'You know they never met our parents Paige', Aria said in the telepathic link.
'Doesn't matter they talked to someone', Paige said back.
Alana got up grabbing flowers from the are that Aria ad Paige was sitting at earlier. "These ones. Purple grandma's favorite and smell like lavender".
"Where did those flowers come from?", Aria asked.
"Grandma, mommy. We just told you", Alec said confusion on his face.
"Yes but how did they get there?", she asked him.
"She put them there and said it should help you believe. I told her we do not lie,-" he was cut off by Alana. "Mommy said lying is bad".
"Okay how do we help Grace?" Paige asked.
"She said to use your telework". Alana said.
"Our what?" Aria asked.
"In the head", Alec said, pointing to his head.
Alana copied him then started jumping around, chanting the 'bond no break'.
"Telepath, they mean telepath", Isaiah said.
"Yes Poppy telepath", Alana said laughing.
Aria and Paige both looked at him.
"We have to hold your hands because we know how to get to her. Then we have to say 'The bond that never breaks' really loud but in here", she said pointing to his head again "and she will appear", Alec said.
"We have to hurry mommy", Alana said.
"Okay we'll do it in a few minutes. I have to do something first", Aria said to her.
"Can I bring my brother?", Isaiah asked Alec.
"Yes we going to need him" Alec said.
"How do you know that?", Aria said "You do not know his brother".
"Yes but Auntie Grace said we need the guy who looks like Poppy and his brother" Alec said pointing to Isaiah.
Isaiah left the room and went to get Isaac.
Darren was getting ready to leave as well when Alec stopped him, "It is okay if you want to stay. Grace said you have a duty to us that you do not know about. She likes you so I like you. I do not know how she knew you would be here but she did", he said walking back to sit in Paige's lap.
They were all stunned. Aria got up from the floor and walked to the other side of the room to get things into place. She was adding more candles and burning sage. Paige was too shocked to say anything as they waited for Isaiah to return.
