I had eye for her since the very day I set my eyes on her.

Flash back

And that was after the death of my Mother, who died of brain Cancer.

That was when my Dad took me there to stay with him so he coud look after me because I couldn't stay on my own.

Dad was always going and coming back home every day but after taking me there we started living there.

I was just eight years old then, when dad took me to the mansion,he later introduced me to Mr Stone that evening telling him that I would be staying with him,that was the day I saw her,she was sitting on her father's lap, and was just three then.

That was when i know that she was going to mean more to me, Mr Stone asked about my name and also told me to always behave myself.

After that we left for our quarters and dad told me not to go near the mansion except I was been called or asked to bring something but I will always look for what will bring me into that mansion so I can have the opportunity to see her.

One faithful day I was at the garden under the tree eating my fruit when I had someone " Hi" to me I quickly looked back and said "Hi" back to her.

She said she was sorry to disturb me that she was only looking for who to talk with since she was the only one at home and she was bored.

We talked and laugh and she later stood up saying it was already late that she was going back, from that day, it became our thing to always meet there everyday at that particular time.

I was going back outside after speaking with the driver when I had Lia voice telling her father that she was not getting married to a stranger.

I immediately got angry because Amelia belong to me the thought of her with another man does not sit well with me.

Then I had her dad telling her that Matthew is not a stranger and he was the one she will get engaged with.

I will never accept, Matthew of all people,that hot temper guy,I remember when he slapped one of the maid just because she mistakenly poured wine on his shoe.he had also warned me several times to stay away from Lia saying she belong to him.I will always smile at his face because she will never choose anybody over me.

Then suddenly I say Lia holding her mouth and running up stairs with her mum behind her calling her name with a worried face.

Few minutes later her father and brother followed them up stairs not after discussing on how to change Lia mind on the engaged to Matthew.

I got closer to the stairs when I had them arguing on pregnancy.than suddenly Lia mum called Rose to go the store to get pregnancy test, I was still were I was when Rose came down and head for the door.

I later saw Lia coming down and telling her parents that she wasn't pregnant.

Then i questioned myself.

Was Lia Pregnant.....?

i asked myself, then i concluded that if she is than was going to be a father.

My joy was cut short when I saw Rose closing the door and bringing in a small brown bag and heading to give it to Lia's mum.she stood up expecting Lia to follow her but she did not than her father warn her not to try him she now reluctantly followed her mum.

I prayed she is not pregnant Andrew said to his father. me too he replied because I am not ready to lose that contract and I want to be the son in-laws with the Smith.

Few minutes later Lia and her mum came back to the sitting room and her mum nods at her father.He immediately got angry and shouted.......

" Who is the bastard that impregnated you"..……

That alone gave me the clue that it was the right time to let her family know about our relationship.

Then I answered him saying " I was the one"

they all turned to me and Lia immediately came to my side and held my hand.

I smiled at her because i was always proud of her.

Then she told her dad that I already proposed to her and she agreed already to be my wife.

Suddenly her brother came running to me held my shirt and started punching me calling me all sort of names for impregnating his sister.I did not retaliate back.

But he did something that got me angry,he mistakenly hit Lia and she fall down.i couldn't control my anger again and started punching him back.

That was what got the attention of their father he now shouted at me saying.

Who the hell are you to hit my son in my house,you ungrateful bastard.

Then I answered him it was his son In - law

Amelia quickly came to my aid and help me up while Mrs Stone took her son from the ground to check his face.

Then her father said an annoying thing,

Amelia you are going to abort that thing in your womb.
