Soon, the car began moving while crossing the busy roads. During the journey to wherever Colsen was taking me, my mind was filled with the thoughts of my newly met parents.
Did I took the right decision by leaving them with Alex? Wasn’t I being a bit careless type?
“No, Emmalyn. You are doing a great job. The step you are about to take would be requiring your full emotional fitness. Better to stay away from those thoughts. Besides, Alex is with them. He will surely succeed in comforting them,” I tried to console myself with a little ray of hope.
“Come out,” Colsen’s voice made me snap back to reality. He was already outside the car. Looking at the huge mall, I blinked a few times thinking about why he brought me here.
