Austin left the office. Noah’s report had pissed him off. Valerie was pregnant and apparently, he didn’t know who the father was. Was she really involved with Daniel? But why? And why on earth Daniel would do something behind his back? Again, he could remember how Daniel used to defend Valerie all the time. Austin’s mind was in turmoil. His blood was boiling. Those random voices kept repeating in his head.
“Can’t you see, they are in love. They even look cute together.”
“Of course, they are. Mr. Daniel must pamper her a lot. Have you seen how brightly he smiles whenever she comes in?”
“Yes, she is lucky to have such a caring and loving boyfriend!”
