Goal Accomplished

“AHHH s**t s**t AHHH I think she broke it” cried Darcy. Seeing her scream her head off while others being stunned with the stunt I pulled, it was my chance my only chance at that moment I grabbed Daphne’s hand and ran and ran away as fast as I could far away from all of them.
When we were far away we stopped to catch our breath ,while catching my breath I heard crazy laughing behind me I was surprised at the laughing Daphne. Hmmm so she does know how to laugh watching her laugh with juice all over her I also joined her in the laughter.
“You do know that Darcy isn’t going to leaving u alone after what u just did” said Daphne
“I know.”
I said remembering what I really did and why I did it even I don’t know was what I was thinking when Daphne asked “why did u do it?”
And then I realized letting Darcy harass Daphne is somewhat the same thing I ran away from and I don’t want to run from it anymore and also I wanted Daphne as my friend so I replied cheesily
“Cause I like you, wait hold on no weird ideas I meant as a friend” after that her expression softened I guess I brought down one of her walls
“So how about we get cleaned up “ at that Daphne nodded.
“I have spare clothes in my gym locker”
so we headed towards the gym as we were heading we kept are eyes peeled for Gracy and her little minions I was sure they won’t be coming after but heading straight to the hospital so we could relax a bit and prepare for the next day.
After the wash up only half an hour was left for my art class so I decided to skip and I asked Daphne what I wanted to ask her before all that chaos took place
“So hey Daphne u want to come over to my place and watch a movie and icecream or popcorn and put your cloths for wash???” still unsure if she will accept my invitation
“I would love to.” Oh wow she accepted I made a new friend one goal accomplished.
