Max’s Views

It has been a few days since I have broke off with Darcy and she has been quite about it very quite but still is hanging around my friends and I cant put my finger on it but I have this feeling that she is upto no good and the case of her father is really making me lose my patience but the funny thing is that for some reason I am more worried about this girl that Darcy is after not his father’s case that should be my top priority. Since I couldn’t help it and I was not going to discuss it with my friends so did a little solo digging and I was right in my suspicion about Darcy setting Walter up with Sid. I have to find a way to stop both of them from hurting Sid. It would be better if I warn her as well as I can’t keep an eye on her all the time. As I was thinking of how to approach her and there she was coming from the opposite side and from the look of her she looked really alert about her surrounding as if someone was following her or will jump at her anytime. It seems she might have an idea that they would be planning something and right now is the time to warn her I hope I don’t scare her off.

“Umm hi “ I said hesitating. Umm hi what was that Max what are you a shy little girl geez what happened to your confident leader attitude well where ever it went it doesn’t look like she recognized me as she is eyeing me top to bottom.

“Hi my name is Max I am Stormy’s friend.”

What the heck doesn’t she know who I am “and friend of Darcy.” Oh man why do I have introduce myself as her friend when we are no longer.

“Oh” that’s all she has to say

“Can I help you with something .”

Well of course you can why don’t you know me when clearly the whole campus does. Come on Max just stay on the topic before she walks away.

“Ah no actually well the thing is that I would like to apologies for Darcy’s behavior and I did tell her to stop but I think she might try something with Walter I wanted to warn you about him…” I tried to explain more but she cut me off and was really pissed and she looked really cute when she is pissed wait hold up what am I even thinking how can I think about her being cute in this situation where she clearly is angry at Darcy,Walter and also at me but I cant find word to talk back at her or comfort her WHAT? Why would I comfort her something is clearly wrong with me today. Why am I concerned about some stranger when clearly I don’t care about anyone other than my own friends and my organization.

“Wow I cant believe that girl left our Captain speechless.”

I turned around to find Leo oh great he saw the whole thing and now he’s never going to shut up about it.

“Hey Leo so what is it going to take for you to shut up and never speak of this to anyone.”

“Hmm let me think whatever you offer me will ever shut me up even if you order me sorry to say but I wont obey your order this time cause this juiciest thing I came upon I am telling everyone.” And off went the jokester of our group I could have caught him but I just didn’t I really shouldn’t care about this I should be more concerned about our mission.

Sigh

We have stayed here long enough it is staring to grow on us we need to move from here before we attract our enemies and put innocent life in danger.

Eric’s Views

After classes everyone has gathered except two Max and Leo. These days Max has been acting weird going off on his own being secretive but I trust him he definitely will come and tell me what is going on with him and Leo well think of the goof and comes to us jumping around us like bouncing ball. Don’t get me wrong Leo is one serious person when it comes to work and no one doubts him and takes him seriously when he is talking but when he is acting like a goofball no one can tell if he is telling the truth or making up stories. After listening to him about what he saw happened with Max I am having my doubts what actually to believe and the only person who can clear them for me is no where to be found.

I have searched everywhere where is he? Damn it. He is nowhere to be found and is not answering his phone. There is one more place left after that I am calling the others to look for him I just hope nothing bad happened to him.

The library was the last place that he might be but he was nowhere to be found. Now that’s it I am calling others for help and as I come out and was ready to make the call I found Max under the shade of the tree.

Really today is just one of those days where I have to worry about him I mean really he was right there why didn’t I see him before then I wouldn’t have to search the whole library. Well anyway I wonder what he is thinking since he doesn’t notice me standing behind him better get him out of his weird trance.

“Hey Max hey bud come on come out of it.”

“Oh hey Eric what are you doing here.”

“I should be the one asking you that dude I looked everywhere for you and you weren’t picking up your phone I thought something happened to you, and what were you thinking so hard that you didn’t see me you do know if it was someone else you would be dead right now.”

“Alright alright calm down gezzz you are such a nagger how does storm put up with you.”

“She can’t help being in love with me.”

“Yeah yeah stop making me cringe ok.”

“Ok now tell me what are you upto.”

“What do you mean?”

“Bro stop acting dump I know you are upto something and it might be something related to this girl that Stormy is obsessed with as well.”

And I caught him. His expressions changed the minute I asked him about that girl. This stone cold guy who always has a poker face on suddenly changed his facial expression at the mention of this girl and that’s not all he has an expression that I haven’t seen before now I am interested as well what kind of girl she is that can change Max’s expression just by the mention of her name.
