Morgan stepped off the elevator and made her way through the desks to her own at the other end of the large open room. It had been three days since she spoke to her father. She didn’t know what he had planned, but she was sure he would do whatever he could to protect her. She only wished he would do it quickly because the lap tech was getting closer to cleaning up the video and Sam had called her earlier that morning to tell her the hospital had cleaner their witness and he wanted to speak with the man later that day.
