In the week that followed Morgan received confirmation that her transfer was approved and she would be reassigned to the Helena Montana Federal Office as a profiler with the Major Crimes Department. She would be helping to catch serial killers and child abductors. She felt after her affair with Desman she would do better to avoid the Organized Crimes Department in case the Soldier’s ever branched out her way she didn’t want to have a conflict of interest.
With her transfer in place, she packed up her things and called around looking for the best priced moving company to help her with yet another long-haul move.
