Logan’s POV “These are the last boxes we have,” Madeline said, dropping the flat pack cardboard onto the living room floor. The apartment was in disarray. Items, clothes, bubble wrap and boxes everywhere. I hated it. The mess and chaos of it was giving me anxiety and I needed fresh air. The last two days had been strange, to say the least. There seemed to be this tension between Maddy and myself but I didn’t know why. Every time I tried to get close to her, she acted distant but told me everything was fine.
