Jewelvick Eddy was looking at the woman talking, but she wasn't really listening to what she was saying,she didn't even know how she had managed to make it to work that day;she wasn't really in the right frame of mind ,infact her heart was brewing with tears,she was trying hard to keep from bursting out.

Am sorry before I dive more to what happened and how she came to be in this state

Jewelvick Eddy, just as her name was truly a jewel Loved by her family and her best friend; Not withstanding she's the first born alongside her junior brother Pete Eddy, her family weren't that buoyant but she got what she wanted most times ,and she an aspiring artist who loves drawing, she was a beauty to behold along with the most sweetest smiles.

lately things hasn't been going well for her; cuz she was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was told to be careful, the doctor warned her not to stress herself too.

she didn't tell anyone not even her best friend cuz she felt she could handle it alone ,and that was how she did her things stylishly pretending to be fine she had a boyfriend called Daniel Haunt and they have been together since high School ,and everybody who knew them tagged them as the perfect couple, not that they were really perfect, they had fights, quarrel ,but the beauty behind it, is that they weren't separated they always look for ways to mend their relationship

Back to present......,

"I will never love again",I I've had it with men they are self-centred, cheat and never loved me for who I was

she repeated those words replaying what just happened

going down memory lane......

after calling him several times he refuses to pick his calls I was frustrated and decided to visit him at home since I have the spare key; when I got to his place I quickly run upstairs because he was leaving in a bungalow at first I would have just open the door and entered but I was hearing sounds coming from the house,

I thought it was his neighbors house, I told myself that's voice can be coming from my man's house well to prove that the sound wasn't coming from him I quickly open the door and entered, I called his name but he didn't answer then, I listen to the voice again and I was shocked to find that that that voice was actually coming from his room. I ran upstairs to confirm better to my surprise I was dumbfounded to see my man my fiance to be in bed without another woman ,what was worse is that he claimed that what he did was right after I confronted him. with tears in my eyes I asked him why !

why do you do this to me? why now of all times! he told me the words that broke my heart to this day .....*he said you are so full of yourself you are not good enough for me, how can you ever think I did settle down with you!!!"

I was not only flabbergasted I was strucked to my bone marrow,

I decided to ask to be sure it's really him speaking!

and he repeated the same words over and over again adding more fuel to The fire that is burning in me!!

that same day I didn't even know how I got to the office but I know I was there not only was I there I was not myself throughout the day ,I was very moody to the extent that my fellow colleagues noticed ; all eyes were on me, they were searching for answers for my moody expression, everybody in the office knows my relationship with Daniel so everyone thought that we were the perfect couples,even if I'm being asked and I try to deny it there's no point ,

I couldn't hide it because sooner or later they will all find out weather i open up or not..

I managed to scale through my working hours even if it wasn't easy for me.

seeing how down I was ,the boss had no choice but release Me on time.

I was really grateful so I packed my things and headed home.

instead of going home direct I dropped by at my parents place, I decided that I wont let them know, I tried so hard to hide everything but as a loving mum, my mum noticed that I wasn't myself she called me one side and asked:

" my jewel hope all is well with you"

I answered: yes mum!

I wasn't able to hold it again and I started crying my brother Rush out to console me saying he did kill anybody who made me cry ,

so my parents calmed me down .

seriously I'm not supposed to bother my parents with this load of mine but they are the only ones I have right now so I didn't have any choice,

so I explained everything from the beginning to the end not mincing any words.

the same way I was surprised my parents were shocked and they didn't believe that Daniel could do what he did,

so my parents consoled me and told me another man that is worthy of me will come along ;

well those words were really soothing.

But to me I'm not sure I can find any man or even love anyone the way I felt for Daniel

to be sincere I still can't believe all this happened just in one day! it was like I was dreaming will I really wake up from this dream !

please someone should wake me up!!!!!
