Beautiful Mistake (Vol I)

Chapter Sixteen

' Hunza, Are you ready to go.' Zara asked while entering in her room whereas Hunza was putting on Scarf. They all have planned a day out on the  beach.

'I am almost done. Give me minute' Hunza said and Zara walked up to her and stand next to her.

'Mah Shah Allah, you are looking pretty.' Zara said and Hunza smiled to her.

'Thank you.' Hunza replied and Zara looked at her. Hunza start doing her scarf whereas Zara was looking at her.

'Hunza, Why we wear Hajib (head scarf)' Zara ask innocently and Hunza looked at her.

'One of reason we wear Hajib is to look modest. That what most of girl know and believe but there is many more reasons for Muslim women to wear Hijab rather then just to look modest.' Hunza said.

'And what are they?' Zara asked curiously.

' The Quran states in Surah Al-Ahzab (33:59) : "O Prophet [PBUH] Tell thy wives and daughters and the believing women that they should put on their outer garments; that is most convenient in order that they must be recognized  (as Muslims) and not be molested." This is an effective rebuttal to the argument some Muslim women have against wearing Hijab, that by wearing it they will be recognized and will be attacked. Allah clearly wants Muslims to be recognized in whatever community they live in. Their lives lived as Muslims will get other people interested in them and that will be a way of spreading the message of Islam. People will approach them and ask them why they dress like that, why they are different. Their curiosity will automatically draw them towards Islam.' Hunza said and Zara was looking at her.

'Also, the Hijab is a sort of   "SCREEN" between the chaste muslim women and the evil that exists in the world. When a woman wears a hijab she is less likely to be harassed by men with lusty motives, She is less likely to be exploited for her beauty and femininity.  ' Hunza said and Zara was listening to her carefully so she continued.

' Head-covering is a sign of purity and dignity. Allah raises your dignity through the hijab- when stranger look at you, he respect you because he sees that you respect yourself.  It highlights the Muslim woman as a pure, chaste woman and sets her apart from the immoral behaviour associated with women who dress immodestly.' Hunza said and smiled to Zara.

'Did you get it.' Hunza asked

'Will you help me to wear Hijab.' Zara said and Hunza surprisingly looked at her.

'Yes, off course.' Hunza said and took out scarf from her wardrobe which matches with her clothes and help her to  put it on.

'Mah shah Allah. you are looking pretty.' Hunza said and make her stand in front of mirror whereas Zara happily looked at herself in mirror.

'I love it.' Zara said cheerfully while touching her scarf.

'Lets go then before men get impatient.' Hunza said and Zara chuckle and walked out from the room. They walked out where all men Hudhayfah, Ismael and Usman were talking while waiting. When they approached them, they all looked at them.  They surprised looked at Zara who shyly looked down.

'Wow, Is that you Zara.' Ismael said teasingly and Zara death glare to him which he just ignored.

'Stop embarrassing me.' Zara said and they all start laughing.

'Mah Shah Allah, You are looking amazing.' Usman said and smiled whereas Zara quickly hugged him.

'You are best dad.' Zara said childishly.

'Indeed, I know I am best dad.' Usman replied happily and everyone start laughing.

'Wow, my little sister is so grown up.' Hudhayfah remark and Zara  looked at him.

'Dad, I think we should find suitable groom for Zara now.' Hudhayfah said teasingly whereas they all start laughing and Zara blushed like a red tomato.

'Wow, is I am seeing right that Miss Zara Usman is blushing.' Ismael said and Zara glared at him.

'Shut up.' Zara said

'Stop it you two. Stop teasing my daughter. ' Usman said while lovingly looked at Zara.

'I think we should go now.' Hudhayfah said and they all nodded their head in yes.

'What about Aunty Samina.' Hunza asked and everyone looked at her.

'She is not coming.' Usman said and Hunza sadly looked at him.

'Is it because of me.' Hunza asked and everyone looked at her.

'No, It is not like this. She is not feeling well.' Usman said and Hunza just nodded her head in yes. 

'Don't worry.' Hudhayfah said and Hunza smile to him. They, all get into their car and drive away. They all walked out from car when they reached there. It was sunny day and everything was looking bright as well colourful.

'Wow, that look amazing.' Ismael said whereas they all start walking toward beach. They reached at beach. There was couple and families sitting while  just enjoying. Some of them were swimming whereas Kids were playing. There was restaurants and cafes as well which make the area looked quite busy.

'What do you want to play?' Zara asked cheerfully.

'I think we should play beach ball. ' Ismael said

'Hunza, you know how to play beach ball.' Zara asked and Hunza nodded her head in yes.

'Cool, Lets start the game. Zara and Hudhayfah in one team and Hunza and me in other whereas Dad will keep an eye on us so we don't cheat.' Ismael said

'More like on you. ' Zara said and Ismael glared at her.

'Stop it and I don't want any fight here. Lets start the game.' Usman said whereas everyone nodded their head in yes. They all start playing the game whereas Zara and Hudhayfah's team won 3 games and Hunza and Ismael's team won two games.

'I am tried and hungry.' Zara said after finishing the game and they all sat down on sand.

'Pass me water Zara.' Ismael asked and Zara passed bottle of water to him.

'I think we all should go and eat.' Usman said whereas they nodded their head in yes. They all got up and start walking.

'I will go and walk around the beach as I am not hungry.' Hunza said and they all looked at her.

'You should have something to eat.' Hudhayfah said.

'I am really not feel like it at a moment. ' Hunza said

'But you need to have three healthy meal.' Hudhayfah said.

'I know, but I am fine.' Hunza said stubbornly.

'But........' Hudhayfah try to say but Usman cut him off.

'Its alright Hunza dear, Just go.' Usman said where Hudhayfah confused looked at him and Hunza smiling walked away.

'I know you care, but give her some space.' Usman said and Hudhayfah nodded his head in yes and walked away. They all walked toward restaurants.

'Are you enjoying it?' Someone say and Hunza looked up at the person. She was standing on beach while her feet were in water and she was looking at water.  Hudhayfah was smiling to her.

'How come you are back early, and where are others?' Hunza asked

'I decided to come to you as they are still having food.' Hudhayfah said and start looking at water whereas Hunza was looking at him.

'Why you marry me Hudhayfah?' Hunza asked and Hudhayfah looked at her.

'What kind of question is this now?' Hudhayfah asked and looked back at water.

'You marry me out of sympathy, isn't.' Hunza said and Hudhayfah snapped head towards her.

'I told you before it is nothing like this, What make you think that?' Hudhayfah asked

'Its been a few weeks since our marriage and.................' Hunza said and looked at him.

'And what?' Hudhayfah asked while narrowed his eyes on her.

'Since our marriage forget having your right over me as a husband, you didn't even  touch me.' Hunza said and Hudhayfah looked at her then sighed.

'That is illogical and unreasonable. you are just thinking too much.' Hudhayfah said in his defend.

'Really,  then why you never touch me even I am your wife.' Hunza asked while getting angry.

'Because............' Hudhayfah try to say but stopped as he was in dilemma.  How can he even tell that he was not allowed to be intimate with her, it was risky for her own health.

'Because what Hudhayfah?  You can't think of any excuse.' Hunza said angrily and Hudhayfah helplessly looked at her as tears come out from her eyes.

'I am not making any excuse. It is just complicated and I can't explain to you.' Hudhayfah said as he try to clean her tears but she angrily looked away.

'You just hate me. You know I will be dead soon and............' Hunza try to say but Hudhayfah cut her off.

'Enough of that stupid argument. I am done with it.' Hudhayfah said angrily.

'Lets go now . others will be waiting. ' Hudhayfah said and walked away whereas Huzna sighed and start walking behind him. 

'But the discussion is not ended yet. you have to answer me. Mr- Hudhayfah, you can't run away from me.' Hunza slowly mutter under her breath.
