“You'll go through no man's land?” The man, Garry asked in surprise.
“That's exactly what I intend to do.” I replied.
He stared at me for a while and then burst into laughter.
“You got me good. For a second there I thought you were seri… Oh you're serious.” I stopped when he noticed I kept a straight place.
I sighed and opened my car door, getting into it and slamming the door shut.
“You shouldn't be driving through No man's land at night. You should know this already!” Garry complained. “Just look for a hotel or a motel and spend the night. I believe this will all be sorted by tomorrow.”
