Chapter 26 Two days after Christmas, George and Harry packed their families back into the caravan and headed back to Denver. My older brother Ford has a house in Ogallala, only about ten minutes up the road from my mom and dad’s, but he had received a ranting phone call from his wife on Christmas, and another from her attorney the day after, so he was hiding out at my parents’ house, too.
