In everything I’ve done over the past month, I’ve made a conscious effort to consider Mila’s feelings. I tried to be attentive when she wanted to talk about her emotions. Gave her space when needed, even though my wolf, Dimitri, protested.
With the knowledge of her wolf, she can now embark on a journey of self-discovery. Come to terms with the knowledge her birth mother is alive, and she has a twin brother as well. She can freely reach out to her friends and wander around without a care. Without my mark on her neck. I can’t help but feel envious of her friendly attitude and lively conversations.
