Theresa explained to Celia the reason for her leave was sudden, Celia nods her head understanding what she meant and the two dropped her off at her place. They arrived at a just at the end of the town, Theresa was entranced by the beautiful view that looked out to the cliff, "You have a beautiful home." Theresa smiled, Celia thanked her "I wanted to go to Notre Dame University. My dad supported me and he bought this house for me. I'm staying with 2 other friends." Celia nods her head towards the modern 2 story home. "Bought? Jeez girl how rich are you?" Theresa joked as Celia dropped her smile as if her silence confirmed that she truly is rich, Theresa narrowed her eyes "Are you?" She asks "No!" She immediately shouted startling Theresa "Oh, my bad. I wasn't trying to upset you." Theresa apologised and Celia sighed as she shook her head "It's not that. Sorry, I overreacted." Celia rubbed the back of her neck embarrassed at her action, looking anywhere but at her. Theresa felt a sudden déjà vu, she remembered the family member who usually does that when he's flustered or embarrassed, of course a lot of people do this but what makes it even crazier is that her eyes would dart to the left. Theresa, wanted to confirm for herself as she leaned over the window "Hey, Do you want me to set you up with.." She trailed off as she glances over at Felix, beside her Celia's face flushed and she did the same thing again, her eyes quickly darting to the left. Theresa, nods her head confirming that she really did remind her of him, she narrowed her eyes as if analysing her a bit more only to shake her head 'No, not possible.' She thought. "Thank you both for dropping me home." Celia's voice cut off any more of Theresa's thoughts "Aw honey. Of course, sorry about nearly leaving you there." Theresa nervously laughed, "Aha, I was going to kill you if you did." Celia smiled but Theresa didn't feel the warmth of her smile instead a cold killing intent that she didn't know Celia was emitting. 'R-Right. Sorry." "A-anyways! I want to thank you for saving me, at the hospital and I want to repay you." Theresa propped her arms on the window of the car "Oh no, it's ok." Celia shook her head "Please, I insist. Name anything and I can give what I can...within my power that is." Theresa adds in. "Really, I'm good." Celia, thought for a moment before looking back at her "My good deed for the day." She giggled. Theresa pouts not wanting to let it go, she did't like owing anyone anything. "Please? I could never sleep at night knowing I can't repay you." She sighs as she looked away, slumping her shoulders for dramatic effect. Felix rolled his eyes beside her knowing where it was going, she always pulled this 'Not wanting to owe anyone' card. No one could escape this, "You're gone." Felix whispered shaking his head as he looked down at his phone. Celia couldn't resist the eyes, she tried to pull away from her honey coloured eyes but it lured her in more, she sighed and finally gave in. "Fine." "Yay!" Theresa clapped as she immediately faced the young teen. "Wow, ok. How about...you give me your phone number? We can grab coffee?" She questions, her eyes flickered over to Felix and set back to Theresa but Theresa already saw it and she bit her lip to stop the smile from escaping "Oh that is no prob- Oh my god my phone!" Theresa starts patting herself down "Damn it! Denaya still has it. Or was it the police?" Theresa confused shook her head as she looked at Celia "Sorry hon, I don't know my number. I thought by now I would I've had that number for 4 months now." She mumbled as she looked over to Felix who was still playing on his phone. An idea popped in her head as she grinned almost demon like that Celia seemed to slowly backed away from the car "Hey Celia! I don't know my number but Felix can give you his number and he'll send mine later." Theresa could see from the corner of her eye, Felix snapping his head towards her "Oh, that wouldn't be a problem would it?" She looked over to Felix who dropped his glare and plastered on a smile "Nope, not a problem" He laughs. "Perfect!" She squealed as she pulled Celia into a hug. "Oh, I can't wait for our coffee date!" Theresa squeezed Celia tightly. "You're going to kill her at this rate. Let her go!" Felix started the car. Celia, surprised at the sudden hug, smiled and returned it, she rested her chin on her shoulders and looked as if she was about to cry, gripping tighter onto Theresa. Not caring that a certain someone was watching them. They waved goodbye and drove away, Celia still waving them off till they disappeared down the forest road, dropped her smile "If only you knew." She whispered as she turned and walked inside the house. Theresa leaned back and watched as the long pine trees passed her in a blur: "Change of destination. Turn left at the upcoming street." Theresa looked over to Felix, who hit her on the thigh. "Ow!" Theresa gasped. "That's what you get by trying to involve yourself in my love life," he snapped. "Hey! I am helping." She defended. "I don't need your help," Felix groaned. "Hey, you can't be watching Hentai for the rest of your youthful days." She shrugs her shoulders playfully, earning another jab. "I will knock you out, son! And I swear you will not be up for a very long time." Theresa threatened him as Felix raised his left hand. "OK! Ok! Got it." He chuckled as the other hand, still on the steering wheel, slowly turned to the road Theresa mentioned. Felix drove for a few more minutes bickering about his love life with his sister's best friend. Felix slowly stopped, "Whoa." He blew out. There stood a large tunnel with vines draped from the top. "That... is pretty cool. Why is it so dark though?" Felix looked at Theresa, who seemed to want to hit the young teenager. "Oh, I don't know. Maybe it's because IT'S A TUNNEL?" She shouted obliviously. Felix laughed at her as he drove in. Felix was a bit scared at first, but it only took them a minute before they passed through the tunnel and made it outside. Theresa smirked as she watched Felix curiously taking in his surroundings and asked "What's wrong?" She innocently asked. Felix glanced over at her "You do know you live in a Disney world, right?" Felix blew out a whistle, it wasn't a lie, beautiful cherry blossom trees formed a line opposite of each other towards a small little cottage, the area was surrounded by green and flowers. It was as if the two had entered an enchanting forest, "I do and you know what? Maleficent is staying in that cottage." Theresa nodded her head to the cottage. Felix rolled his eyes as he drove slowly up the driveway, his eyes still surveying the place. "How could you not invite me here? I feel like I'm in a Disney movie." He stuck his head out wanting to take a closer look at the cherry blossoms. "Oh yeah? You should meet my friends Gus Gus and the others. They would be thrilled." She joked. Felix felt the warm air brushing his face. "Oh my god! The air is just ....fresh." He sounded like an excited child. "Hey, does anyone know about this place?" Felix asked, coming to a stop in front of a charming white cottage. Theresa looked around her home and shook her head. "My older brother bought this place for me. But it's not exactly my house." She quoted with her fingers, Felix raised a brow "What do you mean?" He asked. "I work here." She nods her head towards the house. "This is my workplace. That you can never tell anyone about. Not even your sister, understand?" She jabs her forefinger at his shoulder. "Why not?" He questions. "Things are better not answered." Theresa sighed as she looked towards the cottage. Her heart felt a tug. "You know what? I think my sister deserves a better explanation, Theresa. You've known each other for 10 years. Don't you think that it's time you two started opening up to each other?" Felix looked at her sadly. Theresa, still looking at the cottage, sighed heavily "Oh Felix, you don't know my life. It's hard to explain." "Then explain! Don't try to evade the questions like you always do!" Felix threw his hands up, and silence hung in the air. Felix was hurt and Theresa grabbed his shoulder and pulled him into an uncomfortable hug. "Uh, ow!" He mumbled. Theresa giggled "I just want you guys to understand what I do...is for everyone's safety." "I know you're trying to look out for your sister. I am too, which is why everything I do must be kept hidden from your family." Theresa plastered a sad smile. She lets go of him. "Who are you, Theresa?" Felix asks as he shakes his head. "It's like, you're a completely different person." Theresa had no words to say, she couldn't say anything, she didn't know what she could say. This was the longest she stayed in a state. "When the time came. I will tell Denaya everything. For now, please trust me?" She looks at her house, and the feeling she felt before comes rushing back. Loneliness. "Ok. Promise?" Felix asked, glancing over at Theresa. "Promise." Theresa leaned over to the driver's seat, giving him a peck on the cheek before stepping out and closing the car door behind her. "Goodbye, Felix. I'll call your sister after I clean up. Remember not a word to anyone about this place." She walked over to the cottage, well limping that is. "You know that you'll only hurt her if you don't," He called out. Theresa stopped in her tracks, her heart felt another tug, painful. Putting on a smile she looked back at Felix "If it means keeping her safe. Then, I'll take the chance." She waved as she continued to the front of her house. Hearing his car drive off Theresa sighed sadly.
