Muna’s POV My head ached as I stood straightened up from the bed. I realized the clothes I wore the previous day remained on my body still. The discussion Lori had with me resurfaced in my memory.. I rubbed my temple to ease the thoughts away, but to no avail. “Today would be a long day,” I muttered as I rolled out of bed, stepping lightly to the floor. I dragged myself across the room, heading towards the restroom. The mirror in my room mirrored my image back to me. My saggy eyes portrayed how I’ve been from the past few days. I turned away to avoid the image projected at me, stepping into the bathroom. The room felt warm and cozy. An effect from the hot water brought by the maids into the room. I rubbed my eyes once more, unbelief flooding my mind as I woke up from my deep slumber.
