Chapter 13Toby completed his camera rack for the undercarriage of the chopper by dinner time. We then spent a couple of hours flying up to various altitudes over the camp so we could test the camera angles and coverage area. We mounted all three cameras at a 60° angle towards the right side of the chopper. By using the Pythagorean Theorem, we calculated if we fly at an altitude of 3,000 feet, we could capture video where the center of the video would be at 4,000 feet to our right on the ground and the camera distance from lens to ground would be 5,000 feet at a 60° angle. This would be equivalent to a 3 4 5 triangle by the Pythagorean Theorem. Toby has the 3 video feed cables for the monitors and all 3 microphone cables running through a grommet in the floorboard of the helicopter, just b
