CHAPTER 3: Beautiful

"What the?! You two kissed?" Megan looked at me angrily.

"Of course not!" My eyes widened and I looked at Anton.

"Nah, I'm just kidding" Anton answered while laughing.

Megan approached Anton and held onto his arm. If only she had known what he had done earlier.

My goodness, I almost forgot what Andrius said! My plan will be ruined by him!

"and I'm not Andrius' girlfriend," I said back, looking at Andrius who was also looking at me.

"Sorry, Ana, it was a joke" he grinned.

There's no doubt that they're brothers. They're both crazy.

"We're already finished eating, Anton - we waited for you, but they're hungry," Megan said flirtatiously to Anton.

"I’m sorry for making you wait. Felix did something in the Tourism department", Anton replied to Megan, who was still wrapped around him.

So his friend’s name was Felix.

There is just a smidge of a difference in height between Felix and Anton, who I think is six feet tall.

"So you're the one who's chasing now, Felix" Trixie said, but I didn't get what she was talking about.

"f**k off, Trix" Felix patted Anton and signaled for them to leave.

"We gotta go, we still have our next class," Anton said and just glanced at me.

"I'll go first. Thank you for letting me eat with you guys." I smiled at them one by one, but Trixie and Megan just smirked. I too received a wave of goodbye from Milly.

I was walking when someone grabbed me, "let's go back together". I turned around and saw Andrius. I agreed and so we walked together.

I can see the eyes of the woman looking at me again. I just let them stare and continued walking.

"I'm sorry for what my brother did, Analise", Andrius broke the silence.

"It's fine, maybe your brother is just too friendly," I answered.

"Actually, no, he's not friendly at all, especially with new students here, so I was surprised by what he did." I am laughing inside, knowing that the progress is fast.

"Maybe because you know me, that's why he was able to make fun of me" I answered humbly.

"or maybe because you are beautiful" Andrius said, making my eyes widen.

I looked at him and saw that he was just looking straight ahead.

In an attempt to stop my fast heartbeat, I now answer boastfully with "maybe". Andrius looked at me and we both laughed at what I said.

You chose the wrong Silvestre, Sierra.

We entered the room and the Professor also arrived. That whole day was just introductions. That's why I got bored and I haven't seen Anton again. It was late afternoon and I was about to go home, so I went to the parking lot and looked for Sierra's driver, Bobby. To make sure I didn't have trouble commuting, Sierra forced me to have a driver. I didn't even argue because there was nothing I could do.

Before going home, Andrius offered to take me to the parking lot but I quickly refused because maybe if he saw Bobby, our plan might be ruined. Sierra mentioned to me before that Anton knows and often sees Bobby. Fortunately, Andrius did not force his way into anything.

As soon as I got home, Auntie Matilda was looking at her laptop and looking busy.

"You're home, Analise. I've cooked dinner". She greeted me when she saw me.

"Thank you, Auntie. You seem to be doing a lot" I said.

"You're right, I have tons of work to do. I have to find models because the two backed out" said Auntie like a nagging child. I understand her because I know that the project she has got is big.

Auntie Matilda, who was Sierra's maid, is now a Talent Manager at a famous modeling agency. When she was able to save, then she continued her studies. After she graduated, she applied to many companies and got hired by one of them. One of the things I admire about her is how hardworking she is, which is why I learned to work when I was only 16. When I turned 18, I worked in a club as a waitress, and even though Auntie didn't want to, it didn't stop me because I didn't want her to have a hard time working for the two of us. I only stopped being a waitress because my 6-month contract with that club ended.

"Why did they suddenly leave, auntie?" I asked curiously.

"Kelly thought of traveling all of a sudden, and I don't know about Felix, he just said that he wanted to quit. They are really a headache. Rich people don't regret what they earn since they are rich"

"Just tell me auntie if I can help you with anything" auntie turned to me because of what I said and as if she thought of something.

"Hija, do you know that you are very beautiful?" looks like I know where it's going.

"My gosh, it's a hard pass, auntie" I immediately answered her.

"Analise, you can be a model. Your body, your face, and your height are so perfect for modeling."

Auntie Matilda always tells me to be a model, even though I always reject her offer. My looks are often compared to that of Hollywood actress Elle Fanning, and I often receive compliments on my appearance. Auntie told me that I got the looks of my Mother. Florence Vergara, my mother, was a beauty queen. Auntie told me that my mother was so beautiful that she was offered by some producers to be a celebrity, and different businessmen wanted to court her. It's just sad that my mother loved the wrong man. I still miss my mother every time I look at her picture in my wallet.

"No, thanks auntie", I just smiled at her and walked towards the stairs. While I am walking, I could still hear her.

"Trust me, one day you will accept my offer" I heard her shout, which made me laugh.

After I got dressed, I lay down on my bed and opened my laptop. I immediately saw Sierra's message to me.

From Sierra:

Update? Progress?

To Sierra:

I was lucky that Anton noticed me right away, and I became close to Andrius. Anton will notice me again tomorrow, and I will make sure he does.

I immediately sent my message to her and then I closed my laptop. I also took my notebook that contained Sierra's plans.

Step one: Anton must notice Analise: checked.

In the middle of going downstairs, my cell phone rang. I was already hungry, so I was about to go down when I heard it. I received a text from an unregistered number.
