Rebecca’s POV  The blast from a distance in the yard from the warriors made me aware of my environment. The sun was already rising and sending light rays through the lowly lit room where I lay. I found my way slowly to the makeshift cot where I felt more comfortable now, wincing as soreness settled through my body. My shoulder ached a little beneath my shirt where the mark rested.
