Rebecca’s POV  I felt like I was losing the fight. The mark on my shoulder no longer felt like just a burn beneath my skin. It felt alive. Like something buried deep inside me came out and had finally woken up and was pulling me somewhere I wasn’t supposed to resist. Toward him.
