Episode 2

it's cold evening, the air was blowing and howling making the evening cool.

i was walking down the street alone with confidences, I walked past 3 men who was smoking on a bench, and chatting laughing stupidly. They stop talking when they saw me and I was a little shaky, but I finally past them. I headed straight for the junkie store, as soon as I got there I was stab by the biggest shock of my life.

"William? what??!!!" My mind screamed

William was there.

Doing what? I don't know

"Hey junkie" he noticed me before I try to escape

"where are u going huh" he said walking towards me. I shifted back a little

"wha...what do u want?" i said my voice shaky

He smirk. "What I want? huh?"

"wait a minute..do u work here" I immediately noticed he was dressed like a sale person

"um" He was short of words I guess he wasn't expecting that

"Wait like seriously?" I laughed

"William Jamesmith the most popular guy in school is working as a sale boy! Ha"

"how's it ur business?" huh

he said with confident

I can choose wherever I want to work"

"And u choose a sale boy" I laugh so hard

"Like I said it non of ur business" he glared angrily

"yh whatever" I said trying to walk away when he grab my hand and pin me to the wall my legs were shaking, he drew closer to me and I could feel his breath on my face.

"Don't u dare spit what u saw here in school or else...."he gripped my neck making me to look for breath

he drew closer to my ear and whispered "I'll make ur life a living hell."

"do u understand" his gripped became tighter

"hey William what are u doing?" his collegue I guess intervene

he quickly remove his gripped from my breath and I let out a heavy breath my eye watering. "oh nothing" he replied innocently

"I need ur help pls come over here" his collegue said

"I'll be there" he said and back to me with a death stare he walked away

"you must be kidding me. No way"Jessie exclaimed when I told them about yesterday

"I really can't just believe William of all people is working as a sale boy? like what!!!!" Julian said

"pls keep ur voice down, I don't want to get into any trouble" I said looking around

"getting into trouble as how?" Jessie asked

"William warned me not to let this out to anyone if not I'll be ruined"I said

"And who's he to give a command like that? ur dad?" Julian said and Jessie laugh

"Girls this is not joke am serious. William can be dangerous and I don't want to be the cause of whatever happens to me or u girls pls"I said

"nothing is going to happen and don't worry we won't let anything out"Julian said

"yeah u can trust us" Jessie reassure

"Thanks girls" I smiled

"But.. if he tries to bully you or any of us am spilling the bullshit"Julian said

"Exactly" Jessie said

"He won't dare since he knows I know his secret" I said

"can we get some food am starving" Jessie said

"Yeah me too"Julian

"I don't feel like eating u girls should go without me"I said

"As what? come-on don't let this William stuff drained u."Julian rolled her eyes

"it's not him" I said

"Then let's go eat" Jessie drag me out

just then William and his crew walked into the class and we walked past each other without him saying a word or bullying any of us.

"What just happened back there" Jessie said when we're heading to the carteen

"Am surprised as u are. The William we know is always looking for a way to say something weird about us." Or is it...

"His secret!!" we all said in unison laughing

"At least now we have something to pin him down" I said

"He thinks he's tough, not knowing we're tougher" Julian said

"Yeah girl. That's right" Jessie said as we walked into the carteen, we got some food and picked our favorite spot to sit.

"Why's the William of a guy always acting like he owns the school" Julian said staring at a direction, I followed her gaze and I caught William and his crew whispering within themselves something I don't care to know about.

"Oh my goodness. They're coming" Jessie said bringing me to my notice. I was so lost in thought that I didn't know when they appeared at our table. "Heyyyyyy William" I shrugged off. His friends seems surprised by the way I called his name.

"Look who's got a little confidence huh" William bestfriend Ted said puting his hand on my shoulder

Ewww I feel that disgust. I shrugged his hands off. "Get ur hands off me"

"Such a confidence. And what if I don't" he said placing his hands on my shoulder again

"Are u deaf?" Julian said "She said take ur damn hands off her or... Julian stared at me then towards William

"Or what?"Ted said

"Ted that's enough" William spoke out and Julian choked out of the water she was drinking, we all turned to her akwardly.

"Are u okay" I asked concerned

She smiled and nodded

"William can u and ur friends kindly get out of our sight"I spat harshly. "You're causing damage here, just look at what ur friend Ted did to my friend Julian"

I can see in his eyes he wasn't expecting that

But who cares? I don't

"Ted let's go" William said

"What!!!?" Ted seems surprised

"Is this guy deaf or what?" Julian whispered towards me and I smiled

"Hey! What are u smiling about what's so funny"Ted said

"Ur face"Jessie replied and I and Julian burst out laughing. Out of annoyance Ted grab our drink and want to spill it on us but William stopped him

"Let's go. That's enough" William said staring at Ted, Ted let go of the drink

"U got lucky today, next time u won't." Ted said with a death stare and walked out of the carteen angrily .

We all burst out laughing after they left.

"I wasn't expecting that from you girls" I said still laughing

"Me too" They both said laughing

"I don't know who they think they are, they think they can bully anyone they see. I love the way we dealt with them. They are literally so annoying" Jessie said

"Honestly, especially that guy Ted. I mean who on Earth is named Ted if not Teddy bear"Julian said and we all busted out laughing

"But come to think of it William seem a little odd today, why's that" Jessie said and they both turn towards me

"I don't know don't look at me" I said gesturing them to look at the untouchable food in front of us "Eat" I digged in my food and they do the same

"Ouuu"Jessie gasped "That reminds me, my brother is throwing a party. Are u girls coming?"

"Seriously?" I rolled my eyes

"Yeah. What? It's gonna be fun"she exclaimed

"When's the party?" Julian said

"Tonight. After school am going to his place. You're coming right, Sofia,?" She said. I hesitated "come'on it's gonna be fun" she said

"I don't know Jessie. I've never been to a party plus my parents won't allow me" I said

"What are u now? Five?" Julian said

"You're 18 Sofia, for damn sake 18" Jessie said "Am sure your parents would allow you"

"I don't know" I said and she rolled her eyes "plssss. I need both of u to be there, plsss" she begged

"Okay, okay I'll try" I said

"Yes"she said excitedly

"Now can we eat. Am dying of starvation"

"Yeah sure" she said
