Nathan sat patiently, and without trying to listen in on the conversation, while his superior finished his phone call. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t help hearing some of what both Collins and the person he was on the phone with were talking about - they were discussing the article on Louisa’s website, though he couldn’t tell who Collins was talking to. All he could determine from what he was trying not to listen to was that the person on the other end of the phone was not happy.
“That was Malcolm Edwards,” Collins said without preamble after hanging up the phone. “I’ve already had Roger Kelly on the phone this morning, and now he’s been on the phone to his boss, who’s just had his say. Can you guess what’s got them so annoyed?”
