It didn’t make sense to skip classes with only a few weeks between me and completion. Mysteries also waited for me to solve them. The city had some of the answers. I could feel it.
It wasn’t wise. It was insane. However, I might have to catch not just one killer to win back Fiorentina or lose her forever. Her marrying the sea god made me think of Anton’s pain, knowing that Dalia was only his for a short period. He knew that he could not openly show everyone he loved her, making him feel inadequate.
