‘Sole.’ Someone shook me. I opened my eyes asked groggily, ‘What is it?’ ‘Let’s talk in private.’ Gina said and got up from the chair I had dozed off on outside the Luna’s room. We walked out the hospital and I said, ‘Make it quick, I’m not comfortable leaving Luna alone with your parents. ‘Me neither.’ She said in a small voice. ‘I still can’t believe my mother has something to do with whatever happened that day.’ ‘You don’t have to be guilty for something that your parents did.’ ‘We’re still not sure if they did it.’ She was their daughter and it was obvious she would have hard time trusting me against them but I was sure that Maria and Alessandro were behind Luna and my separation. ‘After Luna gets better I’ll find out the truth.
