Sole ‘Should I call her?’ I asked for the umpteenth time to Ricci Ricci, who looked as if he were ready to run away any minute now. After work was over, he’d come to my house to drop off Luna’s car and, since then, he’s been accompanying me, much against his wishes, of course. ‘If you want to call her, just give her a call. What’s the point in overthinking it?’ He said in irritation. ‘Once she comes back, you can leave.’ ‘Trust me, I’m waiting for the same. The moment she steps in, I’m outta here.’ ‘But what is taking her so long? I mean Jake is her cousin’s boyfriend.
