The Feed

Addie stared at the hand that was lend over in front of her.

She was never sure whether to trust them or not from what Ethan had blurted and from the voice that has been screaming in her head from the top of her lungs. Her head was painful and her body is getting more and more heavy.

Then the voice rang again. 'Don't you listen to those boys! They're deceiving you!' The voice said as if it was really into panic. 'They will hurt you! Listen to me, I'm your mother!'

The word snapped into Addie's head. Her mother? But the voice were all creepy. It differs from her mother. 'Listen, I'm your mother.' now it totally snapped. The voice changed perfectly like her mother's calm and comforting voice. The voice that she'd known for almost her entire life. Her mother, oh how she missed her already.

"Addie?" Ethan called that made the girl blinked as she looked up at him. The boys were looking at her and all she could do is gulped silently and stared back.

'What should I do?' she asked herself, or more precise, to the voice who claims to be her mother.

'Run. Fear them, RUN!' The voice had screamed.

It was a very tense order yet her mind still followed it. She stood up as Blade and Ethan watched her actions. "I'm sorry!" She apologized before running away.

Ethan sighed as Blade hissed. "Now she got her." Ethan said.

"This is your fault. You scared her!" Blade blamed as he brushed his hair in frustration.

His brother laughed. "Easy there little brother, this will be your training on how to get rid of possessed souls. Now, appease her mother and eat her." he gave his advice tapped his shoulder pushing him gently to the exit way from the room. "Get her before she hides in a much more difficult places." he said.

"Damn! Stop ordering me around." Blade complained as he started walking out of the place.

Addie still kept on running as the voice inside her gave out a mischievous laughter as she celebrates her victory from escaping the dangerous preys. She had been encouraging the girl to keep going. Keep running for her mother.

"I'm tired, mom." Addie whispered beneath her panting.

'No, don't get tired. Don't stop, just keep running for mommy.' The voice pleaded. Now Addie felt a little bit daze, but surprised that her body was still making its own move to run. She wanted to stop, but it seems that her body had been conquered by someone else. And the the voice spoke again that had answered all the surprising movements from her body. 'I love you honey, and in order to protect you, I'll share your body. Yes, I'll possess you.' the voice turned horrible.

She started to tremble as her body turning more and more heavy. But after everything darkened in her sight, she saw a shadow flashed in front of her. A silhouette that she thinks familiar... Blade's.

Addie's body stopped as she faced Blade who was in front of her. Her eyes were closed as she lifted her head up to level into the man's face. Then slowly, her eyes opened. Her lively brown eyes was subbed by a dark sharp ones, where the soul was peeping through. She smiled the evil way, grinning in victory as she tilts her head from left to right.

"Too late." The voice was doubled. Addie's voice was mixed with someone else's.

"Speak your name evil spirit." Blade demanded.

Addie smirked. "Addie." she said.

"Your other name."

"Addie."

Now the boy hissed. "Don't make me." He warned taking out a blade out of his hands.

But unfortunately, Addie didn't even flinch. "My Addie. Who will take care of my Addie if I'm gone? Who's Addie? What am I saying?" She said over and over like she was out of mind. She sat up moving from forward to behind. "My Addie. Who will take care of you? Who are you? Are you asleep? Why don't you wake up? Honey? Are you okay?" she whispered staring up the night sky. "Look at that, the moon had come in circles." she smiled staring up the full moon.

"Don't let your daughter suffer anymore." Blade spoke after hearing the woman out.

"Daughter? where?" Addie looked around searching.

"You're possessing her. What do you want?" he asked.

The girl stared at him for a while then she stood up and went near him, crying as she hug the man. "Kill him. Kill the man who killed me." She cried crumpling a piece of Blade's cloth. "Kill him. Kill him." she said, now she was shaking horribly.

"Come with me and I will." Blade seriously said.

The girl looked up at him with a smile on her face. A grin that almost destroyed her nice image. "You should stab him by the heart. Yes." She paused looking confused of her decision. "No, you should take his head off. No, you must break his bones..."

"How about you do it on your own." Blade said.

"Yes! Yes!" She rejoiced over the man's advice.

That's what he's been waiting for. The evil spirit was turning loose, it's letting her go. Blade wrapped his arms around her with her face turning questionable. She tried struggling but her physical body wasn't strong enough. Blade made his hold tighter as he made his face closer to her. Until his lips conquered Addie's making it deeper as the girl's body started to weaken. The evil spirit fusing out of her body. He was eating the soul sucking it out through her mouth.

Now Addie didn't struggle anymore. She opened her eyes taking her consciousness back to her. Surprised from the scene she had caught up that the man was actually kissing him. She was frozen for the moment and waited until Blade let her go from his tight grip.

After The boy had sucked out the soul out of Addie, he opened his eyes letting his hold loose and his lips departing away from her.

"W-what happened?" Addie asked embarrassed after what scene she was in.

"I ate the soul inside you." Blade replied straightly.

"B-but she's my... my mother." Addie protested as she looked down covering her face that had produced tears again.

Blade sighed as she held her shoulders. "Listen to me, that spirit isn't your mother. She's an evil spirit now. If I hadn't removed her from you in time, her soul would permanently fuse inside you and you should know that its a really bad news to have. It might cause you to lose your mind and earn a lot of personalities that are of pure evil. Do you want that to happen to you?" The boy asked.

Addie shook her head mindlessly as she hugged Blade and started crying again.
