Channel of Sicily – TelandisThe shuttle, with the four friends aboard, stopped at about a hundred meters from the slightly rough surface of the stretch of Mediterranean Sea dividing Italy from Tunisia. The area was controlled by an impressive array of naval vessels, arranged in a circle around the area, below which the ancient city of Atlantis had been found and where a great throng of scientists, archaeologists and scholars of different nationalities were cataloguing thousands of ancient artefacts found in the submerged site.
"Shuttle six to Atlas operations command" said Azakis into his frequency-modulated communicator.
"Shuttle six, Atlas operations command here. We are receiving you" was the answer which came back over the small speaker positioned on the centre console.
