The wooden house is called Nipa, a kind of stilt house with walls made up of strong wood foundations like mahogany or acacia, walls constructed from various heat-insulating but light wood covers like bamboo poles, and the thatched roofs mainly consist of nipa or the same desirable leaves to make a cool shade. The already wonderful infrastructure has been modified to look a bit modern with windows and walls converted to have French doors using dark-colored tinted glass to create depth. New structures like Jacuzzis and open baths have been added to match the tropical comfort appearance.   The one they see now has an open bath and a wall-less Jacuzzi but it was attached to a stout yet thick tree.
