chapter 3

Caleb’s view………..

I wake up must have fallen asleep i look down and can se bella is resting her head in my lap

I start to think about my family about how strained everything has been I have been injured and not been able to work for almost 10 years and my wife had to make sure we got money.

The pain has been driving us apart and I had been hoping for my wife to se that we would not have been able to continue much longer I already had plans on how I was supposed to leave and make sure I didn’t survive the only thing that made it insanely hard was my daughter I dont want to leave her but if our family are failing becaus of me then I was going to end it my way it might not be the right way but it was the only thing I was able to control.

Untill now.

I looked down at Izabella I did fall in love with her In school but I was thinking she was way out of my league and when my mind went in to overdrive I had to leave I could not act on my desire that time.

I only wanted to run up to her and kiss her and I can feel that it is happening again im automatically think about when she was naked infront of me almost teasing me the way she walked over.

I moved her black hair away from her face and looked at her while she was sleeping I need to talk to her about what I was thinking and if they are true to their words that they can get my pain away then I think I will take that and who knows mabey I will be able to meet my daughter again someday I will always be watching they can’t make me stop that.

If I can see my daughter grow up and become a woman I will be happy and I will protect her from the sideline where she can’t see me. Or someday i might be able to explain why i made this choice.

I touch her and feel the sparks I like them they are almost like a drug i just want more I can se that she is starting to smile and here beautiful eyes started to open up

”God morning ”I said to her

”God morning how long have you been awake"

”long enough to sit and look at you and think"

”What have you been thinking of?”

”That I need to talk to you and explain how I feel and how I have been feeling for a few years”

She looked at me and I could see that she is worried I took my hand to her face and lifted her face so I could look her in the eyes and said

”im not leaving you but I have to talk about this to"

Her eyes almost started to shine and a big smile was forming on her face she nodded

”What do you want to talk about”

”about how I have been feeling since the time when I was hospital for a few weeks”

She looked down and said

”the doctors here had to put me in a coma during that period it did feel like I had molten lava running inside me I did think that I had lost ju that time ”

She tok up the phone and said

”Leo did send people to the hospital and they recorded you for a short period becaus they was impressed that your heart could take the strain”

”Do you want to se it”she said

”im not ready for that yet I still have the memories burnt in my head when I was screaming to the nurses and doctors just to kill me. When the pain didn’t go away after a day I started to focus my thoughts on my daughter and that I wanted to se her grow up and become a woman that is what got me through those days”

”But when I got home and the years started to go i did feel that thats not going to happen the strain between me and my wife got harder for me to see she worked and doing her best and making sure me and Wendy had everything we needed but I was hoping she would find someone else that could take care of here so she could relax more"

Bella said

”Leo is already preparing to offer her a job at one of our offices so she will get a well paid job now and she will get more time with wendy"

I smiled at her

”that is nice that she will get more time i know that sooner or later she will find a man that will take care of her and that is all i can hope for. I had been planning to commit suicide but every time I just wanted to see Wendy again and that made me hold of on my plan"

I could see some shock in her and she said

”I dont know if I could live if you would have done that the mate bound would make me feel it and even if we are not fully mated and marked the connection between us is really strong”

I tried to move and it hurts abit again and I say

”I would like to move my legs so I change position in bed abit I could use that when It’s starting to hurt"

”Well we can ask the doctor but she said that you have to start to heal first you back got a nasty hit in the accident”

”OK give me something for the pain then I said”

”OK” and bella stod up and leand over me with a smile and kissed me

I was surprised but sparks I felt when our lips met each other was insane we slowly moved our lips in sync and pushed gently on her lips with my tongue and she opened slightly I did take that opportunity to push through and started to explore her mouth as I did that my hands where slowly moving over her body and lightly pinch her from time to time my hand found it’s way to her breast and i grabbed and lightly squeezed her nippel and i did hear her moan when I did that and it only made men go for it more.

We released and starting to breathe again and I hadn’t realised that she was on the bed straddling me and I could se here eyes where black of lust. I did feel that my d**k was hard and was pushing up on her abit and she noticed that to and started to move her hips .

I moaned and when heard a someone laugh from the door

I move quick to se who it was and felt the pain shoot through my back and said

”f**k that did hurt dont scare me like that"

”you can have it because you where kissing my sister" leo said with a smile and I saw his eyes that he was mindlinking

”the nurse will be here with more soon I can see that you have been talking"

”Yes we have” I said and smiled while I was looking at Izabella

”good so you want to join our pack then"

”Yes but I want you both to know that I will never forget my daughter no matter what”

Leo said

”we know I have a kids too and I feel the same way your children will always come first”

”But when you join us you will become my beta of this pack and help me run this pack”

I looked at him

”That’s second in command after you why will I get that I dont know anything about you kind yet” I told him

”I made my sister beta along time ago and that means that her mate will be beta male and that is you. And we will teach you and your wolf will know what to do in most situations if you have any doubts he will most likely clear them up for you"

I nodded and said

”how does that work how will you turn me” I asked and felt abit nervous

Bella tok my hand and said ”usually it is while we are mating and I will mark you as mine then it will start”

I looked at her and said

”Well thats not easy to do know”

Then Leo said

”she can turn you by biting somewhere else to so you can save marking each other untill you are healed”

I looked at her and said

”how do you want to do it i dont know anything about it"

”We will save the marking untill we are in our room but are you ready it is going to hurt for up to 24 hours untill you are turned"

Leo said ”it will feel like poison will run through your body and burn you and it actually is a kind of poison we have"

”ok just do it so it will be over soon"

Bella looked at Leo and he nodded at her the nurse did enter my room and Leo said

”Give him extra now he is about to be turned”

She shot out a mindlink

And bella took my arm and started to kiss it and asked med

”Are you ready"

”Yes"

And i felt her teeth piercing my skin and she hold on for a minute to make sure se got it in me when she released her tongue went the wound.

I did feel hot quite fast and the burning started in my arm and it got more intense I did se that they where watching me closely and someone else enterd my room and walked over to Leo

The sweat started to run on me and I said

”Ooohhh f**k that burns”

I look at Izabella and se that her eyes are black and I ask

Why are your eyes black

Leo answer

She has a discussion with her wolf about something

The nurse gave me a shoot and said

”you are strong normaly there would be screaming when it starting"

I put my head back on the pillow and said

”I’m not done yet there might be som screaming in a bit"

They smiled and i did feel that the burning was starting to spread up my arm I looked over at Leo and asked how that was

”it is Miranda my mate and our Luna” he said

I nodded and said

”Nice to meet you sorry that i can’t a bit more polite but this is starting to hurt like a b***h"

Miranda smiled and said

”that is ok I know that this whole situation is taking alot out of you and now this pain that you are about to get is going to take more so be prepared”

I nodded and looked over at Izabella and i did see that she was in pain to but not as much is me

”my wolf is taking most of the pain right no so i can be here for you" she is still holding my hand but i think the pain has zoomed out the sparks that usaly is there

”there is not many humans that can take tis much pain and be as calm as you are" Miranda told me

”Pain is only a way for the body to tell the Brain that something is f****d up" I told here with a smile

”But this is going to be a long 24 hours”

I felt like something was behind me in a way so I tried to turn and look

”What are you looking for?” Izabella asked

”had a feeling that something was behind me

She smiled and squeeze my hand and said

”when the wolf spirit start to make his presence known you are going to feel stuff like that after a while you are going to feel as if he is walking around in your mind when he is happy and feels comfortable he will start to speak with you"

Leo asked ”do you want to share what you and your wolf was discussing Bella”

”Mabey later Leo” I told him with a smile

Caleb relaxed and tried to get comfortable in bed again and said

”Ok"

Bellas view…………

When I woke up feeling that he touched me was wonderful I smiled and enjoyed that moment i was scared when he said that he wanted to talk and was praying to the moongoddess that he wanted to stay with me and not chose death.

When he lifted my face up and I looked in to his deep blue eyes and he said that he was staying I wanted to jump up in the bed with him and just hold him close i was so happy

When he continued to talk about how his life had been after his time in the hospital I was thinking that maybe we should have grabbed him sooner just so we could get the pain away from him I was feeling abit guilty for not have done anything

When i saw him trying to move I wanted to take the pain away but I didn’t want to call the nurse just yet I had been holding of on my first kiss long enough I wanted it now my body demanded it now

I stood up and and got closer to his face and slowly kissed him it was better than I ever imagined my lips where sparking and I did feel his tongue push a bit on my lips and I opened my mouth he tok full advantage of that and our tongues where battling in our mouths and I loved it.

I was slowly climbing up on his bed while we where kissing and I did feel his hand where slowly examining my body I have never felt so alive as I did in this moment.

When his hand found it’s way to my breast and he was playing with my nippel I could not help but releasing a moan and it made him realy turn on

We had to stop kissing and I was sitting on him I did feel that he was hard so I slowly moved my hips and I did see how he enjoyed it he relaxed and moaned thats when I heard my brother laugh both me and Caleb got surprised and Caleb did get a pain spike from it

I was angry at my brother but mostly because he interrupted us

We talked a bit when we waited for the nurse to get her with painkiller we talked about Caleb becoming Beta of the pack I know he i worried about that but we will help him and I have been beta for many years so he dont need to do much in the beginning.

We talked about how to turn him and I said that I have to mark him my Leo told me that if we want to mark each other when we are mating I can turn him by biting somewhere else I realy wanted us to be naked in my bed when we where marking each other so I was thinking that I will bite in the arm

I know that Misty will guide me in how I should bite so when I asked him if he was ready and he said yes I started by kissing where I was going to bite the I let Misty take over to do the turning.

We did bite down and Misty told me to hold for about a minute then she said

”you can release and seal now that should be enough to make Shadow come out and play”

”what do you mean you know the wolf he is gonna get"

”Yes I have Always known and i told you that there was a surprise coming but there are things I’m not allowed to say for mother but im allowed to say that shadow where supposed to come much soner and mother wants to thank you for waiting for your mate”

”I i dont know what to say I have always loved him"

”I know we share our mind but we have to help keep Shadow calm he is a hot head and he is realy strong"

”Ok"

I’m staying with Caleb for and telling Leo that I will be here during this he understands and make sure that the nurses are present incase the pain goes overbord and we have to step up the painkillers

He is taking it like a champion not many can be turned and be so calm yes he is hurting but he knows how to control his emotions and pain

I can se that it has spred ower his body now he is sweating bullets and you can hear a growl from him from time to time

We sat in there the whole day and night I did send the nurses away becaus he was handling it so well and I did feel that the pain was slowly going away they told me to call if anything happens

In the morning hours I could see on the face of Caleb that shadow was walking around in his mind and he.was geting irritated about it and he said other

”can you calm the f**k down you are giving me a f*****g headache”

I did laugh and told him

”This is nothing when they start to speak we can talk about headache”

”He is only walking around now I can feel him in some ways it feels natural but in other ways it’s freaking me out" Caleb told me

When you are talking to you wolf you only need to think the can feel and hear your thoughts

”Well I can say that he pulls me towards you already"

”Yes he can feel the mate bond and he has the scent to when he has heald you and are awake he will probably rip the straps that holds you down to come to me"

”Can he rip them"

”The bonus with being a werewolve is that the wolf gives you strength and all you senses are heighten”

”thats kinda cool"

”Yes.and your wolf has a cool name to"

”how do you know that"

”The diskussion had with Misty after I bite you she said that you wolfs name is Shadow and that I need to help calm him down"

”and don’t worry Caleb thats one of the funktion of a mate if we touch or even smell each other we are calming down and basically makes us horny to"

”I like that” he said with a smile"

Caleb’s view…………..

I can feel shadow walking around and he listens to me from time to time but it seems like he is looking for something

The pain is almost gone and I dont sweat so much any more

Suddenly I hear someone talking in my mind

”hello Caleb my name is Shadow and I’m finally been abel to meet you"

”hello shadow it’s been a ride to get you here"

”yes I have seen it and I’m working on your back right now it will take a couple more hours"

”I have nice company here right now so I’m not complaining”

”yes Misty and bella they have been waiting for too long and no we are finaly together we where destined to meet along time ago but it didn’t happen"

”Yes it did but I freaked out”

”is it fun to talk to shadow"i heard bella say

”Yes we are just introducing eachother” I said with a smile

”can’t wait to see what he looks like caleb"

Shadow respons ”she can see me in the history books they have it shuld have description and paintings in the book about the first great war"

”Bella shadow say that there should be descriptions and paintings of him in a history book you have that is called the first great war"

”That war happened about 1500 years ago caleb"

I can see that bella is using her mind link

And she say

”Leo will get the book and come over here”

She takes my hand again and i feel the touch and I did feel calmer like everything is just right

When Leo arrives he has a big book that looked realy old and he said

”Here is the book you wanted bella why do you want this"

”becaus we have been talking to Calebs wolf his name is Shadow and I said that I wanted to se what he looked like then he told us the he was recorded in that book”

”Thats is unusual that a newborn get a wolf that is so old"

Bella takes the book and ask

”shadow do you know where in the book I need to look"

”tell her that Misty will know"

”Misty can find him bella"

I can se that her eyes turn black and she looks down in the book and start flipping the pages it takes a while untill she stops and touches the page and say

”This is Shadow” and she let bella take over again and she looked at the picture and it looked like she was in shock

”Was he the werewolve king"

”how is this possible shadow” Bella asks

”he said that you should read on the other side bella"

I can see both Leo and bella looking down in the book

Bella’s view ……….

When I saw the painting of shadow i was in shock he was a white wolf with two black markings over his back and when I saw the name and what he was i didnt want to believe what I was reading

He was the old werewolve king.

Shadow wanted me to read on the other side

So I turned the page i did feel Leo behind me he was reading too

I could read that shadow was the spirit wolf that belonged to the werewolve king Sebastian after they won the war and everything settled down he and his mate where planing a family when she was pregnant with a pup she was murdered Sebastian and shadow was blinded with rage and sorrow shadow tok over and started running he killed guards that where in his way and just kept running untill he collapsed out of fattige when he woke up he was bound with silver chains and a dark witch where standing over him she used blood magic to separate the wolf spirit from the human.

Tears where running while I was reading

And it continues with

After he lost his spirit the only way his bloodline would become powerfull again was if one of is descendants would find his true mate and be willing to be turned in to a werewolve again

I cried and hold his hand it was as if I could feel it

When Misty said

”He is here now becaus he needs to mother did everything she culd to get you together as soon as possible but I think she overdid it with how he was feeling the mate bond”

I looked at Caleb his eyes where red he smiled at me and looked at Leo

He spoke but you culd hear that it was shadow

”Leo you dont need to worry about me I won’t challenge you. But if there comes another Alpha with a bad attitude i wont be able to hold off i have my pride and when I am your beta i wont take any s**t"

Leo just nodded and said

”ok thank you shadow. Blade told me that you have things to do here now what is it about"

”I’m not allowed to say for mother yet she will let me tell you soon I hope she is walking on a thin line she has stepped over a few times and got punishment from the other gods so she is careful now on what she can reveal."

”How can a goddess get punishment arent they allowed to do whatever they want” leo asked

”no there is rules for them to thats why it tok so long for her to guide you to Caleb again Izabella she had to many eyes on her”

”when are you done healing I have been waiting for my mate for a long time" Izabella asks

”im almost done you can release the straps now but he needs to be here mabey one more hour but he can move his legs now atleast"

Caleb got his blue eyes again and said

”that was new kinda scary at first but new”

We laughed at him and said

”everyone think that the first time the wolve push forward but you will get used to it"

”so now please give me my legs back”

I smiled and started to release the straps

Caleb pulled up his legs slowly and started to scratch under his left leg and said

”do you know how long I wanted to do this it is like torture to have a itching when you can’t get to it"

I sat next to him in bed and gave him a kiss and asked

”How are you feeling now”

”Actually i feel great im still thinking about my family shadow tells me that I dont need to worry because the moon goddess will watch over them too"

”We are going to watch over them to”leo chipped in

And continued

”I am about to offer her a job with all benefits she culd possibly ask for and it is well paid to and im looking in to putting 4 of our kids in your daughter’s school to watch over here while she is there 2 boys and 2 girls im going to try and get the girls in to the same class but we will se how that goes the boys are 1 year older so they are there incase something happens"

”what kids are you planing on sending there leo" I asked

”Sam,John,Sarah and Susan was what I had in mind"

”Are you sending Sam? Your son isn’t he going to get alpha training soon"

”we have time for that to bella and he wants to have a job and I want to give him an opportunity to show that he is ready for it”

”ok but don’t force the kids ”

”I’m not i have already spoken to the other parents and they are willing to help and they are talking to their children now"

I look at Caleb and he smiles and say

”Thank you Alpha I do appreciate the work you are doing for me I hope thay I can meet my daughter again some day and explain everything”

I look at him and I can feel his emotions and say

”if the moon goddess is watching over here I would say that it is a high chance that she will find a destined mate too"

”Do we have any clothes for me anywhere” Caleb asks and look at him self he only have underwear on him"

”In will get you something you can borrow untill you and bella have been shopping” leo said and walked out
