As Pali said, we are escorted into the building. To my delight, the door throws itself open when we get to it, and yet I see no sign of guards. It is so curious that I have a hard time resisting asking Pali questions about it. What type of magic is that? Does it open for just about anyone or does it somehow recognise Pali? Does it open for animals too? What type of magic creates something so self aware? On the other hand, if Edin looks any more disinterested he will lose interest in life entirely.
