I glance at her in surprise.
“You can see that?” I ask her sharply.
“Yes.” She says without even bothering to turn around. Her eyes are fixed on the horizon and her brows are furrowed in a frown.
I follow her glance to the approaching darkness and it feels like my body is drenched with ice and I automatically reach for my sword and find empty space. It must still be on the floor of the cave.
