“I knew you would come. You’re the best!” she said excitedly, still hugging him tightly.
As she noticed something, her face color changed as she pulled away, her gaze turned around locking onto me. Her eyes shifted toward him again.
Her expression changed quickly into something that I don't understand as she stepped closer.
Her eyes locked onto me, observing me with her eyes as I was a puzzle that she was trying to solve, making her heart go numb.
