“Baby girl, please. I can’t lose you. Please breathe. Breathe. Open your eyes.” I heard Damian’s voice from far away.
Someone was pushing my chest. I tried to breathe but I couldn’t, I coughed instead. My chest hurt, it burned and I kept coughing.
“Baby girl. You are okay. You are okay.” I heard Damian’s voice again, this time closer, and my body was lifted and carried away.
I heard other people's voices, but I couldn't make out what they were saying. I clung to the person carrying me instead, and soon I felt my body being lowered to a soft surface, then someone put a thing over my mouth and nose, and I was able to breath normally after that.
I opened my eyes and saw Damian, Max, Nick, and two other people I didn't recognize. They all looked worried. What happened?
