Suddenly a large black form jumped onto the roof. The wolf man leapt and dug his claws into the metal of the side of the helicopter. He managed to grab the man with the gun and tossed him several stories to the ground. Metal tore as the side of the machine was ripped to shreds. As we watched, it started to tilt strangely. "It's going to crash," I growled at Dia, grabbing her. We had to get off the roof right now. The black wolf man, who I recognized as Joel, was pulling the helicopter down. A human would never survive this close to something like that. I slung Dia over my shoulder and slipped over the edge of the building.
